Just had my Sinch e-bike in for minor repairs to front brake system. Service was absolutely great. Velo Ronny's are lucky to have two knowledgeable and experienced mechanics. The only place to go for a new bike and for servicing.

Riding the Tour Aotearoa route South, had a spoke pop and needed new tyres after the Timber Trail destroyed my, and my wife's rear tyres. They stock Vittoria Mezcal's, some of the best long distance touring tyres on the planet and hard to find, so we swapped out all our tyres, got the spoke fixed, grabbed some gilet's, and long fingered gloves for the South Island and were sorted in a couple hours. Good pricing, great quality stock, excellent workshop and mechanics who can index gears properly. Go here if you're doing serious bike touring, they know what they're on about.

Can’t recommend more highly! We hired electric bikes for the day and had a great time. Dayle and the team were excellent! The cycle routes through Whanganui are really good; safe and great fun exploring an historic town. The route along the river is must do activity plus the dedicated cycle bridge to Upokongaro is excellent!

While doing Tour Aotearoa along the Whanganui river, My chain came off and cleaved through 4 spokes. They sorted me out SUPER fast, including a few other adjustments, when I dropped off my bike first thing in the morning. I was able to keep on my journey and had pretty much a full day of riding that day.

These folk were AMAZING! Friendly, knowledgeable, kind, can do attitude. We turned up while riding the Tour Aotearoa, and they slotted us in and sorted my bike within a couple of hours! So good. Highly recommend.
