The system is not stable and experiences recurring problems. You often have to discover the problems yourself and notify support, which means that you have to explain the situation in detail so that they understand what is wrong. This means that it takes a long time to get the problems fixed.

Hello Jakob, Yes, we had issues when we had moved the system into a bigger infrastructure. Luckily it is behind us... (not a few coffees have been drunk ...). The process could have been faster, but luckily visitors of your site didn’t notice anything about it because the website widgets remained available throughout. We are already working on the development of customer service, in 1-2 weeks we can provide help via chat, also. Thank you for your patience and we look forward to serving you.

I could not believe the level of service I got from Cintia at Trustindex as I worked on upgrading my website widget. I subscribed to Google SEO. I requested to cancel the subscription. They canceled my subscription. They issued a refund invoice, but they did not transfer the money I deposited, 23 dollars, to my account. Customer service doesn't even answer. I'm so sorry.

As we mentioned in our communication, refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to be processed by the bank. We responded promptly to all your inquiries and explained the timeline clearly. The delay is entirely on the banking side, which is beyond our control unfortunately. Please rest assured that we've done everything possible from our end. These guys are scam! They charged me and i requested the refund and as per their policy, the would refund it to me within 30 days but they are messing about and not refunding it to me. I will be escalating this as this is simply wrong!!! Response: I have contacted your customer services on numerous occasions, but have received nothing from them!!!

Hi G M, We've checked the payment history in your account. You've disputed the payment on the 17th of September. Since you paid via Paypal, the dispute process went through their system. The paid amount was withdrawn from us and held on until the process ended. We did win the dispute on the 1st of October, however have sent it back to you today. I would highly recommend that Tech Guy Jeff to help you with a computer issue! He fixed a very complex issue with my Mozilla Thnderbird outgoing email problem! He was very nice, honest, and you can tell he cares about his clients! Jeff has a lot of experience in the compter world and he is at the top of his game!
