I had a wonderful experience from the knowledgeable and caring support staff and Dr Moyer has definitely improved my condition. The interior of the office is very clean, comfortable, and relaxing.

Not reviewing the quality of care at this office but my review is about their non transparent pricing system. I called the front desk to find out the pricing for a new patient prior to an appointment I had scheduled. I have no insurance and a limited budget, so this was important to clarify as I didn't want to start up with a place I could not afford. I was told that if they needed to do xrays, it would not be more that $175 for everything. I asked how much the adjustments were and after that and was not given a clear answer. I went in for the appointment, and was given a paper to sign saying I would be responsible for up to $175 for the appointment. Once in the room, I told by the doctor that it would be $125 for the exam and xrays and an additional $65 for the adjustment. Total of $190. I explained that was more than I was quoted over the phone and that other offices in the area charge significantly less. He left to ask the boss if he could adjust the price. When he came back he said they would match a price I received from another office for the initial exam/xrays but the continued adjustments would be extra. Well how much, I asked again. "Well let's just have you get started today and then when you come in tomorrow for the adjustment I can let you know what it will cost then." Um, what? Why no transparency on the pricing there? It seems very shady to get you in to a appointment, change the price quoted and then not tell you what the charges will be going forward until your next appointment. When I pressed him for a number he finally said $60 for the adjustments. I had told him initially that the other place had quoted me $25/visit as the other office offers a student discount so he knew full well that was not in my budget but still wanted to set me up as a new patient there? Why???? I told the doctor I couldn't afford those prices and that I would have to go elsewhere, he honestly seemed super annoyed with me and they did not charge me for the consultation, but I am posting this because EVERY othe office I called was able to quote specific prices over the phone.

When I first came to Drs. Bolen, Moyer I could barely walk and was in so much pain. I went to emergency and was told I needed surgery. That was February 2nd, 2024. Today I am 70% better, and can walk without tears running down my eyes. All of the staff are incredibly empathetic and extremely caring.

We have been coming to Dr Bolen about 9 years. He is an excellent chiropracter whether an injury or maintenance visit he is professional and listens to the patient. We are on a plan that is reasonable and affordable.

I am a senior with ongoing chronic pain from subluxations, a little scoliosis, arthritis, etc. This was the longest episode I have ever suffered pain with it. Dr Bolen , Dr Moyer, and their staff treated me like family during my visits. I was also having a hard time with Medicare Insurance mistakes and they helped me through it. They were patient, kind, professional, and always respectful, even when I was upset about it. Hard to find in Healthcare for seniors these days. Im very grateful they took me in and got me out of scary low back, hip, and leg pain. They know what they are doing. And, the cost was very reasonable.

Dr Bolen listened to my concerns & presented a plan. His staff are friendly Judith is awesome & with her help too I'll accomplish weight loss.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bolen since 2016 when I moved to Florida. Dr. Bolen and his office staff are very professional, caring, and provide excellent chiropractic care, which have eliminated my recurring migraine headaches.

The DR. Gary Bolen is excellent easy to talk to and you can tell is caring about your issues. The staff is EXCELLENT they take the extra steps to explain things to you and are great people to talk to !

The friendly support staff is kind and efficient. I have received regularly scheduled adjustments and specialized treatment from Dr. Gary Bolen and his staff for nearly 15 years. It enables me to move at a brisk pace and without pain, in spite of arthritic issues and other skeletal and muscular concerns. A bold statement for one in the mid-eighties!

Dr. Moyer has been very helpful with my adjustments and the exercises he has suggested I do. I have also had Dr. Bolen adjust me a couple of times. I recommend them both. The office staff are professional and helpful it I have any questions.
