We used Veteran Locksmiths today. They were delightful to deal with and managed to fit our job in on the same day that we contacted them. Excellent service, we would definitely recommend Veteran Locksmiths.

Had an issue with rear external door. Contacted Veteran locksmiths and Murray came out a few hours later to address the problem. Parts were ordered and fitted within 48 hours. Brilliant service by Murray who was very friendly and informative and explained what had gone wrong and what he was doing to remedy it. Would be more than happy to use them again should any issues arise.

Very lovely team at Veteran Locksmiths, from start to finish, in office (Lisa) and call out at the property (Murray- head locksmith and owner). Were able to accommodate us pretty quickly, give us advice and did a very good job very quickly. Highly recommend!

I don't tend to put max star reviews but in this instance I have no choice as the service and interaction was flawless. Murray came out to us and resolved our lock issue by first giving us a secure temporary solution while new part was ordered and then revisited us as soon as the part arrived and permanently resolved the issue. It was fast, painless and great value for money. I wish more companies were like this when dealing with them. Will be my go to for all my future lock requirements. Thanks again Murray
