Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Viezu! Worth the trip from Belfast to have my Jaguar XKR tuned by Viezu! All of the staff were super friendly and helpful, and Andy Pender, and Andy the Tech couldn’t have been more helpful and professional! The car now drives superbly!! Thanks everyone!!

Went to Viezu to get my xe fitted with new upper and lower pulley upgrade and a remap. Excellent service from start to finish and both Andys were very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. Car totally transformed, from a rather sedate 380 bhp to 453! Car pulls like a train and had a huge smile on my face all the way home. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks again guys

Good morning guys, this is one company what I would avoid like a plague brought a bonnet off them there was so much lack of pill and holes missing underneath the bonnet where the pipes clip into when I spoke to Megan. I think her name was asked her all the questions regarding the bonnet. It was over £1000 for the bonnet plus delivery £200 In a space of having the bonnet a week and then having it fitted by specialist problems stayed happening to the bonnet Rang them up and asked him what would they do about it? They said to me the only open Monday to Friday and then not open on a Saturday and Sunday obviously I can’t get down there during the week because of work commitment and then they said to me that’s the only time you can bring the bonnet down for them to have a look so I said okay I can’t do that. Can you send a delivery company to come and get the bonnet and then we could do it that way she said no, you could pay for it. It’s a you problem Service is real poor so I said to her I’ll call my credit company up and then let them deal with it. Spoke to my credit company showed them the emails back-and-forth and the credit company got me my money back after 10 days. I thought my credit company spoke to them and dealt with it never heard nothing for about three months and then suddenly I get a letter through my door saying I’m getting taken to court. I said okay no worries let’s go to court. I’ve got my evidence all in black-and-white. I tried speaking to you guys over the phone and it’s all in emails as well. Let’s go then I’ve got a message to 3 days later saying will you pay half towards the bonnet? I said no let’s go to Court but the problem is these people from this company Mark has quite known in the b58 Weld so they’re gonna get bad feedback at Evri club regarding B58 M140 M240 M340 M440 clubs and four rooms the person who’s had the final laugh is me just be very rare of buying things of these people need to get some more pictures of my laptop to add to this just be aware of what you’re buying from these lot. It’s all over the four rooms everything I’ve made my point to all the other lads who were thinking of buying things of these other bonnets.

Fake Review! Unfortunately Kem, your review is not a true or accurate reflection of events at all, its a total fabrication. You did buy a bonnet from VIEZU, which was fully inspected before it was shipped. It was sent to you and arrived undamaged and was signed for by you as "in good condition and not damaged". 6 weeks later you told your credit card company that the bonnet arrived damaged and had not been fitted, when in fact you fitted it yourself and had been driving the car with it fitted without any mention of any issue or damage. All our parts come with 30 day money back offer, you simply had to return the part if you were not happy for any reason for a refund. Even after the 30 days and you had used the part ( despite the fact you filled in a legal document to say you had not fitted it) We still tried to help but you refused to return the part, you even refused to send us addition pictures when we asked – We are sorry to say this Kem, but you have commit fraud, attempting to keep the part and reclaim the money under false circumstances.

I came in for a custom exhaust to be added to my 3l Jaguar F-Type and was blown away. Fantastic service! Andy was prompt at replying and very helpful. Matt was also brilliant and got the job done quicker than expected. The exhaust sounds amazing! Thanks to the Viezu team!!

I was in the shop a few weeks ago for a pully conversion and map on my jaguar xes. The team was very friendly and did a great job with the work. Car feels much faster and you can 100% feel the torque gain. I would recommend if you’re looking for some extra power. Your cars in safe hands.

I was with their team in Bidford-on-avon early August. Really knowledgeable, passionate colleagues that take time with customers. From exchanging emails with ideas/variations to discussing other form of upgrades for the future when you're onsite. Ellie and Linda were great in terms of managing my requirements and queries whilst on the day itself Matt/Andy were there to walk me through the process and analytics as well as road testing. My vehicle is a 2014 Jaguar F TYPE S, in stock it was producing 368bhp and 372ft-lb torque. I chose to first get the ecu remap and lower crank Pulley upgrade pushing the bhp up to 432 and torque to 409. Whilst there we also went with the upper Pulley which helped bhp up to 439 and torque to 424. More importantly the car is now what I wanted it to be from Day 1. Plenty of pull throughout the rev range with less of a drop off after 4500 rpm when compared to stock. Whilst the extra power is noticeable its not scary or uncontrollable. The car handles the same, no crazy wheel spinning or tail kicking it every time you press on. That's reassuring and I'm glad the power comes on progressively. Looking forward to a trip again next year. I saw the new intake developed on their f type project car and heard it too. Beautifully engineered. Perhaps that, some spacers and some tarox brake upgrades next if budgets allow. These f types need better handling and the superchargers could be much improved with a bit more responsiveness. Dear Viezu Team, What can I say? I bought my F-Type 5.0 AWD 75 in January this year and instantly fell in love with her, becoming a Jaguar brand fan. Having been lucky enough to own a few German two-door sports cars, including a GT car, I was completely blown away by what the Jaguar delivers. It put a bigger smile on my face than any other vehicle I’ve had in the same class. However, I believe that you can't have enough handling and power, so I began the search for upgrades. After speaking with a few companies and doing the mandatory internet search, I settled on Viezu. From the first contact through to specific discussions, including a call with the MD, the service-centric attitude was great. Booked in for four days, I opted for the Predator kit, 200-cell new exhaust system, half set of performance bushes, upgraded brake discs and pads, wheel spacers, a remote for the convertible hood, and an oil service. We kind of threw the kitchen sink at her. We dynoed her standard at an incredible 596 bhp. To tell you the truth, I was a bit disappointed because I thought if we got 640 after the upgrade, it was only a 40-odd increase. Watching the dyno was great fun and quite a show. I hadn’t ordered the wheel spacers, but after quizzing Andy, the engineer, he advised going for spacers. The difference they make aesthetically and handling-wise is incredible. The car now looks like it should—much more purposeful and muscular. The Results: 677 bhp. Numbers don’t really do justice to the Predator package. Away from a roundabout, traffic light, or pulling out to overtake, the torque is instantly available. The standard car is responsive, especially when compared to its German turbocharged alternatives which have to be wound up to pull away from stationary. But the new setup is nearly EV-like with character and control. Stab the throttle in anger and it’s smile city. It’s supercar quick; the velocity this thing now gathers in a short period is motorcycle quick. I notice the increase of speed even in the speed of the digital speedo changing numbers. Having taken the car on a Supercars day in Portugal earlier in the year, it held its own against the exotica. I’m looking forward to a four-day event through Spain in September where I now know the Cat's gonna get the cream and many prancing horse owners will be trying to figure out what’s going on. A special thank you to Ellie, Eve, Matt, and Andy, who couldn’t have been more accommodating, professional, and courteous. There’s a special team in Bidford with some special Jag bits, and I’m delighted I found them. PS - Just get the 200 Cell Cat and stainless steel Exhaust - I call mine Moses :) Best regards, Pat Mondello

Took my Jaguar Super V8 in for a 6% top pulley upgrade and remap. First time there Andy found that the mixture was running rich and wisely wouldn't do the Dyno runs or upgrade until sorted. A couple of changed sensors later and I returned. Eve-Marie looked after my son and I whilst Andy and Paul dealt with the car. The result? 45 bhp more at top end, but more importantly around 30% more power and torque in the midrange. It has changed a sublime car into an outstanding one! The service from the team at Viezu is top drawer on every level. A rare find these days. These people are real enthusiasts, who really care for you and your car.

Petrol heads in my experience have similar character traits. Enthusiastic/ knowledgeable and care about their prize assets. I decided I wanted to give my F Pace SVR a remap and an upper pulley replacement. I did a lot of research into potential service providers and did quite a few ‘ cold calls’. Lots of unrealistic performance figure claims and I quickly was able to differentiate between generic remap files and bespoke ones . Like everything ; buy cheap buy twice. On contacting Viezu Ellie answered all of my questions and was not at all ‘pushy’. I made the decision to book my car in and received what I consider to be a very competitive quote. I drove 150 miles to Viezu HQ and asked Ellie to arrange for me to have a sit down with the technician who would be carrying out the work . Ellie is a petrol head and like Andy was fantastic from the off . Andy is a total professional with an outstanding track record ( Twenty years plus ). Has worked on a varied mix of high end cars. He was very reassuring and I knew from the off my car was in the safest of hands. I was offerred my own space so I could sent emails / answer calls etc . Ellie supplied me with coffee and Andy went off to carry out a health check of my car . ( If the car doesn’t pass the health check then unfortunately the upgrades cannot go ahead). Andy’s handheld cost more than a full Paint protection film (!). Once the car was strapped down on the £100 k plus Dyno the first run took place . I was invited into the safe area of the workshop to watch. The factory figures were there or there abouts. Andy was accompanied by another extremely competent Technician ( Matt) whose specialist subject is exhaust noise .,What a great team . Once the Dyno readings were captured the guys upstairs worked their magic and designed and delivered a bespoke file for my F Pace. Andy replaced the top pulley and the second run was conducted . The bespoke file was ‘installed’ and the resulting figures were unbelievable. On the third run I was invited into the safe area by Megan . Her knowledge and explanations to all of my questions was exemplary. Lots of enthusiasm and passion . I met Paul. A true gentleman who is clearly respected by all of his team and peers. A quick example of genuine customer care : Whilst waiting for Han back of my car Andy asked if I would be interested in having a gearbox remap. He explained the benefits and offered up a very competitive quote. I told him to go ahead. Ten minutes later he came back and explained after doing checks I already had the most up to date software and that there would be no benefits for me . Less scrupulous persons could have made a killing . Finally Andy conducted a final road test . He came back and explained he wasn’t 100 happy ( he found a flat spot ). He carried out a few tweaks , conducted a second test drive and came back with the broadest of grins . All paperwork was completed and I was handed back my car keys . The journey home was memorable. I took to Vizeu what I considered a truly great car ( on so many fronts ) and was handed back a staggering beast of a car. The entire set up at Vizeu is focused on the customer. You don’t leave unless you are totally happy. I am going back for Matt and Andy to work their magic . (200 cell cats). If you are considering getting performance work done on your pride and joy then save yourself a lot of time and ring Vizeu

What can I say , I've written this review many times and deleted It because no review could do Viezu any justice they are quite simply Incredible and I don't say that lightly I've had my F-Type back for a week and I still can't stop smiling ,Ellie was awesome and excellent at her job (Simon take note ha ha) but honestly I met Simon the owner and found him to be very nice and If he had to he would get Into the garage and work alongside the fantastic specialist mechanics I'm sorry guys I forget your names, on the day of pick up they were all there to meet me with smiles of sheer satisfaction and no wonder I don't know who was happiest me or them when they told me the figures , I went Into the workshop and my car was all strapped down for a run they couldn't wait to show her off and OMG what a job It's no wonder they call It the Predator upgrade but there's no way of this F-Type sneaking up on anything the roar Is mesmerising and oh so so addictive everywhere I've been people have been asking for pictures and videos of It running This Is the last time I'm deleting my review because I promised Ellie and Simon I'd get the message out there so to wrap It up thank you Ellie and all the team at Viezu keep up with the first class work and service and to all Jaguar owners If you can save or afford the Predator upgrade I say don't think twice DO IT you won't regret It I know they do other makes but I'm a Jaguar fanatic so It was a no brainer to go to Viezu watch their Youtube posts but honestly just get it done you won't regret It.
