1. You have been assisted on phone calls, tickets and WhatsApp chat - for issues concerning your website development, contact your developer - we fix hosting problems not website development related issues when we did not develop your website for you. What we can do is provide instructions on how to fix issues on your website.
2. Your account is not suspended or terminated
3. You can easily login to your control panel via our client portal or using your logins/credentials
4. The status you saw on your account as suspended does not reflect the true state of your account
5. You have not tried to seek support to rectify the “wrong” status on your account and you have not made any attempt to login to your control panel to ascertain whether indeed your account has been suspended or not.
6. Thieves run away - we have been in business since 2020 and are still thriving.
We urge you to reach out to our support team for assistance if you need help.

Good customer care with smart hosting
A promo advertised on Facebook made curious as I was not so happy with the renewal charges of my hosting company. I decided to try them for just one month. And its been almost 9 months of shock.
Little did I expect that this hosting company will be this reliable with the support I needed.
Thanks to Krista and Elijah from the support team. I must say you helped me understand basic things on DirectAdmin because it was my first time hosting on DirectAdmin control panel.
I am used to cpanel but with Vikalink I have knowledge on the use of DirectAdmin control panel.

DNS Challenge Fixed
My website was down and I did not know the cause - I blamed it on their hosting by opening a ticket. One agent got in touch and let me know it was dns error on my domain so he guided me to do some setting on my domain registrar's dashboard.
