This caliber of care extends to Kourtni her medical assistant and Anna the office manager. Each appointment I have had reinforces these impressions. I recently started to see Dr. Alexa as my doctor. First of all, her staff is so nice, efficient, and accomodating. I had my first apppointment with Dr. Alexa and I have never had a doctor spend so much time reviewing my health history. She was attentive and interested in our coversation. She had reviewed all of the information I had sent them prior, and she was prepared with questions and already had a game plan in mind regarding my concerns. She is really concerned about getting to the root cause of your issues and doesn't try to fix everything by automatically giving you another pill. I so appreciate that. It's the first time I've really felt comfortable and 100% on board with my Dr.'s treatment plan.

I just got a Lumecca IPL facial along with a Morpheus micro mneedling treatment from Dr. Alexa Neynaber at Virasoap Natural Medicine. I’ve been wanting a little refresh postpartum and I am so pleased with this experience! First, Dr. Alexa took the time to really explain the procedures to me in great detail, so I not only knew what to expect during the treatment but also everything I needed to know about aftercare. During my Lumecca IPL treatment, there was no pain or discomfort, only a minor sensation with a bright light. Then, she used very strong numbing cream, massaging it into my face for 10 minutes ( bonus, free massage! ) and then let it sit on there for a longer time. When we started the Morpheus Microneedling treatment, I literally didn’t feel a thing! Once the numbing started to wear off, there was a slight sensation of heat, but otherwise I was completely shocked at how comfortable the procedure was. It’s only been a day and I already feel like I look 10 years younger. This naturopathic clinic is amazing and I am so happy I chose to get this done!

I am so grateful for Dr. Alexa at Virasoap Natural Medicine here in Meridian. She administered an IV Infusion, specifically: the “Immune Support” - The Level 1 included: Vitamin C (~5g), NAC, Zinc, B12 & B Complex. Quick, and easy in her cozy chairs. Then I took a daily dose of her suggested supplements; OrthoMuné & Viracid (sold in her office). And luckily, I stayed healthy on my trip to Vegas and three days after that, my 10 day trip to Iceland. I’m so thankful! It worked! Thank You!!!
