Outstanding! Matt and Rick were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Explained everything too to bottom. Summary report was exceptional. Allowed me to prioritize and keep track of what needs to be fixed in the new home. Nothing better than working with a privately owned family business. Very personalized attention and so courteous! Highly recommend. Worth every penny!!!

Matt and Tom went above in beyond during our inspection! They walked me through every aspect of the home as we went through it, and provided direct and honest assessment of each of the home's attributes. They also provided some great recommendations for partners to do some of the repairs I'll have ahead of me. On top of a home inspection, they did a radon test as well. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of nerves going on but their bedside manner was quite helpful and put it all in perspective. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!

The Lattarulo brothers are amazing! They are sound professionals and very thorough and at the same time they present everything to you in a way that you understand it easily and know what are the possible ways to solve any issue they find out. I totally recommend them!!

Matt and Tom were great! We spent more than 3 hours going over every little detail, what needs to be fixed right away and what can wait but need to be budgeting for in the near future. They spotted a few pretty critical items that need urgent attention, for the untrained eye you wouldn’t notice anything out of the ordinary. Would highly recommend them for any Home Inspections.
