We've been working with Visitor Chat for almost 6 months, now. I have to say, it's been a massive improvement vs. our previous live chat solution - both in terms of leads and service. Had a hard sell phone call from this company yesterday. He proceeded to tell me that I don’t now anything about the service they offer and carried on talking so I put the phone down on him. Hard sell doesn’t work on car sales people. Ok so had a follow up call from a someone today and received an apology and I’ve decided to review my score to the 3 stars instead of 1 as they made the effort.

Minus 10 stars if I could put it! Absolutely a waste of time! I have experienced this visitor chat nonsense with a few enquiries I’ve attempted to make with various car sales companies, it’s a waste of time! The people who answer know nothing about the business they are supposedly representing, they have no idea about the cars for sale, and they just keep saying the same thing over and over again, just phone the dealer when they are open is my advice
