Vivi is amazing! She is an expert, with pure talent. I am currently going back blonde, so my hair is a mess. She matched my hair perfectly with her high-quality hair extensions. Gave me volume and length! Her natural intuition and ability to outstanding she could colour match my hair with her eyes closed. She is a complete artist who makes you feel at home! I'm obsessed with my hair and would recommend her to everyone!

Vivi is next to none with her attention to detail and advice. I recently got bonds put in and the start of the process through to the aftercare Vivi has been supportive. She is passionate about hair and my natural hair is very thin and weak she took care to cut and style my hair before applying the bonds. I have had bad experiences in the past and was nervous about making the dive again but Vivi is pleasant and takes her time from my consultation right up to my treatment I felt at ease. Vivi's Beauty Salon is an amazing place to get hair extensions! Vivi is very friendly, professional and really pays attention to detail when working with my hair. The hair colours and quality she provides are fabulous, she mixed colours so as to match my real hair perfectly and the hair has lasted me over a year and a half! I have received many compliments since I started going here and am thrilled with my hair extensions. I would highly recommend Vivi to anyone looking for hair extensions!

Vivi's Beauty Secret is a little piece of heaven. I have gotten my lashes done here, and refills as well as the best facial I have ever gotten. I was told before hand what was going to be done. Plus my concern areas got extra care. The products are amazing 👏 I'm now using the Chronos by natura on my face and in the last 9 days, my lines have reduced., happy with the results to date, Vivi is a sweetheart and full of professional advice and support. Needless to say I will be back, time and time again.

I recently had a keratin treatment done with her, but unfortunately, it didn't even last after the first wash. It seems like the product used might have been very weak. When I brought up my concerns, she suggested that my hair needed a cut or provided advice about aftercare, which was of no use since the treatment didn't work out at all. Overall, I was disappointed with the outcome and felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed. She is sweet by nature but I want her to address my concern instead of asking me to visit for giving advice atleast she could have said I can offer re treatment I would have been happy and would have paid more if required. Not accepting the product didn’t work and telling my hairs are rough is not the solution anyone would like to hear. I knew my hair was rough and therefore I choose her to do my hair treatment. She tried blaming me that I used hot curler- I use hot curler once for the photoshoot that too only on ends using heat protectant spray and picture posted is after second wash because i couldn’t take pictures after first wash I was travelling. She herself used for keratin treatment so much high temperature hair straightener that timeit wont spoil but by one use It will spoil. I really appreciated her for her efforts and I was happy Ingot someone to look for my hairs and I asked her to book in for future appointments as she said the treatment will last for 3 months I asked her to book me after 3 months.

Both Vivi & Desirée are wonderful people & couldn't do enough for us. I had a facial to die for whilst a friend had hair treatment. Although it's not in the town you have a free carpark so reduces the stress of parking & parking tickets. I wish them both great success. Definitely will go back.

I love my time at vivi’s. She has such great time and care for everyone. No matter what hairstyle she is ready to do it. I had the best blow dry and styling ever here. I’d recommend vivi completely.
