Gorgeous work and great advice on the design. Also reasonably priced. Gena is the best. You can’t go wrong using these folks.

Absolutely masterful! I usually don’t post reviews, but the care and professionalism of this company deserves to be lauded!
They transformed a badly damaged yard into a totally redesigned (by the owner) phenomenon in two days… which came in at the projected budget !
The sprinkler system was also adjusted as needed!
The team is an extension of the owner!

Gena and her team are awesome. Quick to respond, friendly, and above all else, excellent workers. They went above and beyond with my yard. I couldn’t have done a better job myself. I’d recommend them to anybody in North FL looking for some lawn care!

They were very professional and got the work done in timely manner. We had pool taken out and laid new sod, replaced broken chain link fence with wooden one, had a gravel pad laid for our trailer to park on and they fixed our fence gate. They helped us contact a bank to get our loan done fast and reasonable. Would recommend this company very highly.

I am saddened and extremely disappointed in the services that Gena Gouras- Pecori provided from this company Northwest Florida Landscape LLC. I would not recommend the company to friends, family or acquaintances.
To start with I contacted this company several months ago for a landscape project that was to be completed at my home.
They finally showed up in July several months later and assessed my yard and gave me a plan with an initial cost of approximately 7000 dollars.

They told me that it would be a 2-day job and that they would start the job at 6 am and be done in 2 days. The next day I received a call from them stating the cost would be approximately double the amount.

That should of been my first warning.

They sent me a handwritten cost list (of the plants - not from the source but from them and their labor prices) along with a hand drawing of the project.

I accepted.

My husband and I were leaving for Europe on the First of August and so I requested the work to be initiated on my return, so as to be able to take care of all the plants. They stated that they were only available during a 2 day period prior to our departure as they had a project in Panacea and that they would be providing a 1-month, weekly maintenance of the plants while we were gone, and they will then provide a complete care written package on the care of the plants.

And so, with that understanding we agreed to proceed to have them initiate and complete the project prior to departure and to have them care for the plants for 1 month.
We provided them with half the amount of the money prior to their project.

On the first day of their project, they did not arrive at 6 AM rather their first worker arrived at 2-3 pm and the rest of them joined around 4 pm. They worked till dark around 9 pm and left promising to return early next morning.

The next day, they did not arrive till 6 pm and worked till dark. My husband and I were leaving the next day for Europe. The owner promised they would return to plant my Hawaiin Ti's and manage the yard for 1 month.

Upon our return 2 weeks later, I was horrified to find that the Hawaiin ti's were left in a bucket and were dead. All 5 Hibiscus plants were infested with Mites, the Podacarpus shrubs were all brown and all my plants that they were supposed to plant were laying in pots unplanted or in the ground without being planted.

I called and texted the owner who gave 100 excuses and promised they would come that week and provide another 2 weeks of care and replace all the Hibiscus.

They never showed up and never communicated. I finally texted her and she literally suggested that we were insensitive to her needs.

No after care with infested plants and spent almost 14,000 dollars.

My husband had to spend another 5 hundred dollars to care for the diseased plants and we still don't know if they will be revived.

Do not use this company. They lack professionalism, honesty, follow through, communication and candor.
