Great overall experience with Vwalla. I worked with Kah Houng — the whole process was extremely smooth. Although the estimated completion time was supposed to be end-Sept, he managed to bring forward the timeline to have the panels installed by 1st week of September, which is very impressive. Quality of the acoustic fluted panels are also pretty solid with good sound absorption.

The whole sales process is pleasant . I request for her first quotation and Vwalia team reverted with a budgetary quote on the same day on Fri. The consultant Kah Houng came down on Monday and did the measurement and proposal . He even provided inputs to utilize leftover at my shoe rack . Within a week, Alam and his colleague came to setup and even help to integrate my LED strip lights to the fluted panel. I am impressed with the customer service and pricing provided by Vwalia.

Our experience with Vwalla was fantastic and stress free. The installation process was so efficient and workmanship is so professional.

Requested for quotation and responded the next day. Kah Houng was accommodating during the follow-up and the schedule from point of contact to end of installation was within a 5 days (2 of which was the weekend). Price-wise it was competitive and much cheaper than some of the larger brands. Installers worksmanship is good, but their initiative to QC panels before installing them stood out to me (there were not many wasted pieces either) All in all a very good experience working with Vwalla, would recommend if you need fluted panels to beautify spaces you spend time in, improving your mood and the ambience!
