We had a leak around our water meter and reached out for help. Rich didn’t have to respond, but he took the time to call and explain that it was actually something Watercare could fix for free. He then guided me through how to book the repair, step by step. We’ve had a few misadventures with plumbers in the past, so this kind of clear, honest advice genuinely meant a lot. It’s the sort of kindness that really sticks with you, and why I wanted to leave this review.

I had a terrible leak with water gushing all over the yard and on the street. I had to go away and it was quite worrying. Richard was recommended. He turned up that morning and fixed the leak promptly, putting my mind at rest. Excellent service and I would recommend him unreservedly after that experience. Reasonably priced too.

Richard has become our go-to plumber. He's fast, efficient and well priced. And is a really nice guy. Richard has since done more work for us, the most recent time being when one evening water got on the wrong side of pipes in the ceiling of a downstairs bathroom (i.e. the outside). He arrived the next day to fix it and did so with all of the good nature for which we know him.

02/12/24 Richard did a great job of sorting a couple of leaks we had in our pipework, he also quoted for some future work and gave helpful product advice. 09/06/25 Today Richard installed a new upstairs toilet for us, he sourced a good quality unit that was reasonably priced and did a good job of the installation, we also have him pencilled in for some future work. 16/09/25 Today Richard tidied up some pre-existing pipe work which was leaking. He was able to install some improved pipework which would be more reliable in the future. Great service and communication as always.
