They explained everything so I was fully aware and they gave me good quote on how much the work would cost.

Had my foundation repaired by Walsh Crawlspace, with Trey being the project manager. The whole team is great, they’re very understanding and knowledgeable. I had some more questions after the project was completed, and they came back and added some additional supporting features that I asked for. They really did a great job and I will definitely be working with them again.

I called to see about getting work done and when I gave them my address they said “we no longer cover that area” then hung up on me. I totally understand that they don’t cover my area but I felt it was very rude and unprofessional to just hang up mid conversation. Made me feel like I dogged a bullet if that’s how communication is right off the bat.

I was concerned about several settling cracks in my home. Joe, the owner, came out, did a thorough inspection and provided me with a straight forward recommendation. I truly appreciated his professionalism and integrity. Highly recommended!

Okay, where do I even start. What really sold us when our foot was in the door was the video Chris took of all of our crawl space issues. Working in a crawl space isn't fun and its hardwork but he was so dedicated, thorough and professional I thought he must be the owner. He takes extreme pride in his work! Where else are you going to find that in this business? Mary, it wasn't for Mary I don't know if our home would have closed at all. She kept me calm and helped me with a lot of questions at all hours of the night and day. I learned a lot in this process and crawl space work is never fun. It isn't like you get to enjoy the "money spent" however you really need a safe, secure crawl space in your home just like the roof and foundation. Mary handled tons of tasks for us and sent paperwork over each time itemizing and explaining each item- she even answered my calls late into the night and early mornings (I work night shift) If she didn't answer, she called me back within 5 minutes. Mary is valuable asset. The crew showed up and handled all of their work on time, neatly, professionally and also answered any questions we had. I also really like their contract- I spent time reading it over so I knew what to expect since crawl spaces can carry some funky smells. Once I read the contract there were no surprises. Trey went above and beyond and came to our house on a Saturday last minute. He even spoke to our buyers so we were all on the same page with questions. Everyone is communicative and amazing all around. I wish other companies had these kinds of values. Don't use these huge companies. Use your local mom and pop businesses!
