I worked with Ward Productions during my work's 50th Year Celebration and had a wonderful experience. From the time I reached out asking for information, through the night of our event- everyone from Ward was lovely to work with. We had a DJ, photo booth, and rented two TV's through their company and I was elated with how smooth everything went. Thank you Ward!

Ordering was quick and easy, staff was enjoyable to work with, items were delivered on time and in good order with good communication. With all of the logistics that go into planning and pulling off a wedding, they made the process easy. Would recommend as a vendor! No issues!!

Very responsive and got the odd items I needed for a lobster boil that no one has a lot of - crackers, forks, and cutters. Very reasonably priced as well!

Ward productions provided an awesome experience for everyone that came out to the Outdoor Movie in the Park in Downtown Southern Pines. Great effort was put into making that event successful and it was proved by the staff. Great team. Will definitely be using them for all our Outdoor Movies.

Latest update-This review was written 3 months ago and as of 5/11/24 I still haven’t heard anything. Horrible customer service.
Update- still waiting, over a month later, to hear back. Don’t make promises you can’t possibly keep.
-Still waiting for the first half of my brother’s Celebration of Life from March of 2021- and that is not a typo. This included Taps, the Presentation of the US flag and the opening prayer. Very disappointed in the lack of respect for my brother, our family and their complete lack of professionalism.
