As I was explaining my situation to the person who answered the phone, I was cut off in the first 5 seconds and told “really quick tell me what you need I don’t have time to sit through a long story”. Isn’t that your job? Nevermind!!

Not all cases are a good fit for our firm. First, the call was more five seconds - which was long enough for him to determine we could not help you. Next, he did not say that he did not have time to listen to your long story - he asked you to BRIEFLY explain your situation and then YOU got mad and hung up. And, third, no, that is not job. Respect goes two ways. I wish you the best of luck in your case.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This establishment is extremely unprofessional and refuses to answer the simplest of question. From reception to higher up. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I can see why they have 5 stars on google. Although they couldn’t help me because of the state my niece is in. The gentleman was able to guide me in the right direction for the state my niece resides in. But they never made me feel like i was a waste of time. Absolutely made my day today !!! Thank you guys.

Patricia Warnock was very professional! Very informational! She goes above and beyond for her clients and makes sure ALL questions are answered to the best of her abilities and knowledge. Very blunt and great at advising into directions that have been proven to succeed as well as allowing some of your own input if it doesn’t jeopardize the case. Honestly I will be always recommending her for an attorney! I definitely found out she was the right attorney for my daughter and I after our first meet!
