Refunded items not in stock and sent the one remaining item with zero communication. I would not have purchased the one item without the others i attempted to buy.

Hi thanks for your review. We have a large brick and mortar store that is over 3500 sq feet so it takes our site roughly a day to update if something is purchased in store. Your item was purchased hours before and the system didn’t update.
We actually did message you but didn’t get a response. Sorry you had a poor experience maybe we can make it up to you down the road.

I’ve been into the store twice now for my two girls and both the service and selection couldn’t be better. It was well worth the 3 hour drive. The prices are reasonable for quality gear. The guys working the shop know their stuff. Everything you might need for MMA, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We bought some great .5” tape, better priced here then Amazon.

I received my Everlast Elite 2 boxing shoes this morning. I really appreciate the quick free delivery. I've dealt with Warrior Fight Store once prior, and they were especially helpful in sourcing some Cleto Reyes gloves they were out of stock on. Another positive transaction today.
The Everlast Elite 2 shoes are excellent. I had previously tried the Hayabusa pro boxing shoe (from a different store) but the sole tread pattern was completely different from their sales page photo and any review I saw. Instead of a rather smooth scale pattern they have now changed it to a somewhat deep aggressive tread. Pivoting was a pain. The Elite 2 shoes by contrast are a lovely fit, grounded yet nimble feel, and the sole is a perfect combo of grip as you want it, and pivoting ability.
Very happy with the product selection and the quick personal service.

My experience with the store was not up to expectations. Commitment is important and this was my experience.
The owner asked if this was a mistake for a review and I can for sure tell you that I have not. I do all my reviews at various times and normally months after I have visited a location at times to ensure I'm not being reactionary.
In this case, the owner in specific made a commitment to sell items to me and then changed his mind for no valid reason to someone else for lesser than I had provided. There was no lack of professionalism from my side of it, rather on his.

John your review makes little to no sense. We decided not to make more money from you and instead sell to someone for less money????? Please provide actual details……what was the item? How much money did we choose to lose?

Dropped into the store for some gear for my kids and was blown away by selection of items they had available and the friendly staff that were there to help me. Chris was great in getting me the best gloves and pads for my kids and was able to answer all my questions and give me some good options to consider. I will definitely be returning again in future to purchase from these guys again! A++ store thanks guys!

Tried to return 2 singlets, they told me that the singlets were used and washed. I assured them that we did not use them and did not wash them, they told me with conviction that they were indeed used and washed. Which means 1 of 2 options to be true, either they make up stories to not honour their return policy (I would have accepted store credit), or they sold me 2 used and washed singlets.
Edit: you doubling down that they are used and washed just re-enforces to me that you sold me used and washed singlets. We were in need for a tournament, you sold me adult singlets for my 9yr olds, coaches ended up lending us singlets. We did not use them, therefore absolutely no need to wash them. You just admitted to selling me a hygiene concern.
PS. I too will help you spread the word to my club.

Hi sir.
We can’t sell stuff that has been used and washed. You tried to return something that is considered underwear that has clearly changed colour and doesn’t look new. I showed you a new item side by side with your two singlets and it was crystal clear that they had been washed and used. You don’t even argue the point in the store and actually just headed for the exit upset that the store discovered the issue. We would never accept used underwear back for the safety of our customers. In order to return an item it must be new (this is clear on the receipt and at the time of purchase). In the case of underwear we take this very seriously and do our due diligence. I will touch base with your wrestling team to make this clear.
