We had a pool heater installed by Water Pure in Oct. Jeff was very knowledgable, easy to talk to and walked me thru the entire process and installed on time with no issues. The key to this company is the customer service and the great product they offer. They go above and beyond with customer service and are always there, respond promptly to any questions or issues that come up. I recently had the pool pump suddenly stop working. Jeff and Sue were incredible in helping troubleshoot the issue. When all else failed, knowing how important it was to me to get the pool pump running again, Jeff sent his top notch technician to come over to the house on the same day to help resolve the issue. I highly recommend Water Pure because from the time you call , to installation, and the customer service they provide, you will realize that you have a great partner in Jeff and Sue for your pool heating needs.

Water Pure is more of a partner than a vendor. Just before Thanksgiving, with relatives on their way from the cold north, they were able take care of a problem and leveraged the manufacturer because of their tight relationship. Sue and Jeff could not be nicer and they deliver (and they are local). I could go on - but - the bottom line is that I highly recommend Water Pure.

Had a pool heat pump installed by Water Pure this past week. Jeff was great! He was friendly, reasonably priced, and answered any questions I had. After installation, he even came to my home to help me figure out an issue that was caused by me when I replaced my filter. I would highly recommend Water Pure.

Wonderful experience. Called Jeff and he came to quote within a day or 2. He explained the options and did NOT hype or oversell. Old heater removed... as quoted.
