Connectivity issues! That’s what I was told, I run everything on wifi and don’t have issues. Expensive purchase for nothing to work! The first couple weeks it worked great and the last few months it won’t work at all, would not recommend these lights to ANYONE!

Watt’s Lights has good products and looks after customers well. When I had a problem with my lights, J-man called and helped me get everything working. And, he followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working. Well recommended business and service.

Quick replies, professional service and a good product. No more having to hang Christmas lights every year. So many different light programs to choose from. Highly recommend using Watts Lights!

Had Watts lights put up by CONSTANT EXTERIORS. Love the choices in the app for scheduling, and the support team is awesome if you have any questions. Regular updates to the app with new patterns for the lights. Love changing the colors based on whatever holiday it is without going on the roof. We use it for low ambient lighting at night and in the early morning. Highly recommend!

Lights worked great...for about a month. Lights turned on and off at random. Want them to turn on at 7pm? They turn on at 6pm or 9am. Was told it is a connectivity issue. How does connectivity cause the timers to not work? If there's a timer, the system should follow it without having to connect to anything. Bought an extender which was always at 100% and was on the other side of the wall from the controller. Their tech still says it is a weak WiFi signal causing the problems. Live on an acreage so there's no other WiFi interference. Went back and forth for months trying to get it fixed to no avail. Tech says he can connect to them remotely (which means there's a connection, right?) but I can't connect to them. My installer tried everything possible for weeks to get them to work, still nothing. Installer changed out the the controllers to a different system and they work perfectly now. Would never touch Watts again. Had my lights with Watts for a year, they worked on/off for maybe 3 months of the time that I had them. New system doesn't fail.

Update: A few weeks back I noticed a portion of the lights were dim/flickering in one section. I reached out to Watts and within days they had someone by to fix it. The lights look great once again. I continue to be impressed with the customer service. I also was pleased with the more recent updates to the app, which resolved issues we had connecting to the controller. Watts Lights have been fantastic to work with. I've had Gemstones before but decided to get a quote from Watts as well when we moved into our new home. Watts was more competitively priced so we took a chance and I'm so glad we did. The quality is the same as Gemstones for the lights themselves. The Gemstones app is a bit better, but it's still pretty user friendly. What really knocked it out of the park for Watts is the great customer service. Andrew and his team are awesome.

First of all Huge Shout out to Riley!! He alone just installed our lights one day ago!! He is such a professional...immediately upon meeting him in the morning before getting started, I knew we make an excellent decision to go with Watts Lights!! Riley takes great pride in his work and believe me it shows!! Our lights look Amazing!! 👏 What a trooper working by himself all day to get the job done..through the wind and the rain at times!! Once installation was complete he did not leave without giving me a lesson on the application!! I'm so excited about these beautiful lights on our house..I've been playing with the colors alot, surely giving my neighbors an awesome show! If you're considering doing this, don't hesitate!! It's so worth it and this company does it right!! Thanks again!! From a completely satisfied customer!!

Don’t buy this product If I could give a ZERO I would. This product is so inferior to GemStone Lights. My partner had them Installed as a favour to a “associate”, past business associate. I want a refund!!!! Come and take your product out and refund us our money!

Love these lights! I can customize them however I want. White for daily, red and green for Xmas, orange for Halloween, all on the same lights. They're incredible!

We had our lights installed worked or when they work, had our Wifi changed trying to get a service to come a fix them it's like pulling out your hair good thing I don't have any we wanted to get more installed but if this is how the service is thinking about removing them going back to the old way one word to say about this and I can't say it on here So just a update about these lights can't even give one due to they don't work call them, email they say it's your Wifi that's always the problem, well here it goes mine don't even come on anymore, plugged them in unplugged them lots of times nothing works but l guess it must be my wifi that's the problem again, they don't answer emails, they don't answer calls, don't return messages, l guess it's just like there lights they don't work. My daughter is a big hockey fan wants to see the lights on for the playoffs l guess this won't happen, or unless l go buy something from Amazon they might work better, The big weird thing everything around works perfect on my wifi, except yes you called it the Watts lights

Lights are nice, and the presets and animations are great, but the app connection is crap. I have nothing but problems. 95% of the time it won't connect to the controller so I can't make any changes or control the lights. I have to try to connect multiple times or even delete and re-add the device to get it to work. They sent a tech out to switch the controller; he couldn't figure out the issue. Their IT tech did some trouble-shooting with me, and split my Wifi so there was a 2.4g connection, but that didn't fix the problem. He did see that my Wifi connection was at 100% at the device, but their VP of Customer Service later told me I need to purchase a booster to make their product work (with my 100% connection!). Customer service is lacking. Response time is ridiculous and when they say they'll look into something, you don't hear back. Unfortunately, I am stuck with the costly purchase so will have to deal with the issues. Would not recommend. Spend the extra money and go with a better company.
