My boyfriend and I recently (November 3rd) went to the whisky making class and it was way beyond what we expected. Our instructor was excellent. Knowledgeable any funny. He guided us through three different yet all delicious drinks to make and we really had fun. We ended up making friends with two groups next to us and spend the rest of the day winery hopping and going to dinner with them. Already planning to come back with friends to try the new menu of drinks they said they’re putting out! 10/10 experience. 10/10 instructor.

Whiskey Bartender Course. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience and highly recommend it. Ken was extremely knowledgeable and a fantastic teacher. You will not regret spending the time & money :). We look forward to doing it again.

We’ve been to several NOTL winery tours and this is by far the best tour. Ken is very knowledgeable and shared some great stories with us, with some amazing wine tastings and a great cocktail. The food is great too. Thanks Ken!

The place is amazing but the best part was Gord! This is the type of person every business should strive to hire to greet your guests. Spectacular service. Makes you feel welcome from the second you walk in the door to the time you left. Highly recommend!

We stopped in Sunday October 13. It was a cold and drizzly day so we didn't get to enjoy the cool outdoor space. The inside was really cool. So much Wayne Gretzky memories to enjoy. We did a tasting with a white wine, red wine, whiskey and a cordial. They were all delicious by the cordial ... a Canadian Creme whisky was a fantastic surprise, absolutely delicious.
