We've just setup our self managed super fund & Phil has been amazing. He's given us so much confidence throughout the whole process. Incredibly responsive to queries & is always happy to spend the time explaining until we feel comfortable. Never been pushy or rushed us but has followed up when needed. We have had a financial planner before and they were rubbish. Phil has listened to what we want and where we want to be. Things we want for our child and for ourselves he has found a way for it to work for us. Phil explains everything over and over if need be when we are having to wrap our heads around his suggestions. Very laid back and easy to talk to, Phil has made some of the more daunting things a lot more simpler then what we thought they could be. We are just at the start of our journey and look forward to the future and having our financial future sorted for our family.

I am closer to paying off my debts and I cant believe the balance i have accumulated thus far which will go towards purchasing my first home. Phil has also developed for me a customised investment portfolio that reflects my objectives and preferences with a strong risk management framework. I now have the confidence that at retirement I will have a healthy superannuation balance which will fund the lifestyle I desire and deserve.

Meeting and forming a relationship with Phil has been the best thing i have done in year. Like a lot of people my age , having advice from an expert was something i will 'get to one day' , well im glad i did and wish i had earlier. Booked a free initial consultation online. Wasn’t expecting a full hour of advice, but was expecting something constructive. The booking was for an hour and after 15 minutes Scott ended the call. The whole call was a sales pitch. We felt judged and were even laughed at for our financial situation and our ideas of how to improve our situation. If I could give no stars I would. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
