I bought 2 steel buildings from Big Buildings Direct in May of 2023, paying top dollar during the supply chain fiasco of the time caused by Covid ($15k for a 24x30 and $35k for a 30x50). Today it appears the same building is far less expensive. Their in-office advisors are kind and patient but there were constant issues with communication, whether by phone or email, mostly related to technical knowledge. This made planning, permitting, and design very slow & frustrating. Also the manufacturer and dealer do not talk to each other.. this creates major issues when there are errors which incur unseen additional costs to the buyer. We poured concrete footers, stem wall, and slab to the 30x50 and 24x30 building dimensions as per code. After it was complete we were advised by QC that there must be 3 inches of extra stem wall on each side, or the foundation would not be accepted & a 30% restocking fee would be charged. It therefore became necessary to delay & redesign the buildings with reduced dimensions, which we did. I requested a cost break for the lost square footage but it was denied. Quality Carports delivered and erected them in June 2023. The installers failed to center them, placing the structure on the extreme outer edge of the stem wall anyway, which left the building dangling on one side and improperly situated on the opposite end. Many self tapping screw holes were drilled in the sheeting without a pre-punch, inviting rapid rust, and corner trims were left flapping in the wind with only one side secured. Black windows and doors were not available which was highly disappointing. Other than that, decent building we needed badly.. getting ready to insulate soon.

I’ve loved going through the process with this company. They have made it so nice and easy. Alejo’s install crew was so kind. It got late and they asked us if the noise was okay because we have a baby at home. Very respectful.

The installation crew were very professional and worked together as a team. My steel shed was 26x30x12 and designed for a snow load of 125 lbs/ft squared. The roofing and siding are all 14 ga steel. I am very satisfied with the pricing and quality of the shed.

We have ordered several carports from different companies in our area. This was the best experience by far. The set up team was super communicative and efficient. We will ne ising them in the future tor more shade covers.

I ordered the RV carport from Megan at ManCave Structures in St. George. Megan was very helpful and was able to answer all my concerns and questions. Michelle at Quailty Carports in Payson kept me informed as to construction date. The RV carport is a quality product installed by a very professional crew who paid attention to details. The finished product is better than I expected. Very pleased customer.

Michelle at Quality Carports was very professional and great to work with on the logistics of our project. She was very prompt in her communications and represented Quality Carports very well. I was glad to have worked with her on our project. Paco and his installation team did a great job, they worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. I was impressed by their perseverance, as they continued to stay on the job during a heavy rain storm and were back to work after the rain stopped.

The crew they sent me are real professionals. They worked long hours to get my building up quickly. And being a former builder and currently a city government employed building inspector, I can say with confidence that these guys build a top notch structure.

What a great experience I've had with Quality Carports from the beginning. There building I ordered more than meets expectations. Miguel Toto and his team did such a wonderful job. Miguel even designed my next building that I ordered. Hopefully Miguel and his team get to install this one. I'm sure all teams are great at Quality Carports. Great company to do business with.

I am so very pleased with the new garage that Quality Steel Building did for us. The "quality" is top of the line, excellent manufacturing. The installer crew , Miguel, was excellent. We had Quality Carports build us a 30'x40' garage. They were very professional and the quality was top notch. We were especially impressed with the 3 gentleman who actually put the building together. They came early and stayed late every day they were here working. Their work ethic was exceptional and they paid attention to all the little details. We really appreciate them.

We have been planning this carport that we wanted since last November and since then we have had the best communication I have seen in a company in a long time. Morri and Michelle have been there to answer any questions I had. And Alex and his crew were so awesome with the installation. This building is something that I have long waited for. And this was put together far better than I imagine. These guys worked fast and hard. They Got the building up just under ten days, And they worked right through the weekend. And so far, this building Is showing how solid it is by holding up to some of the fiercest rain and windstorms we have had out here in Erda, Ut. Keeping my fingers crossed, and i've seen no leaking yet. The storage rooms are great., I have plenty of room to park several vehicles, And the multi shop areas that I have for repairs and work. Our new building is a dream come true! Quality Carports is indeed a “quality” product and service! We are so happy with the quality of the design and architecture of our new, beautiful building. Our neighbors and friends are very impressed to have such a wonderful addition in our neighborhood. Daniel and his crew were The BEST! They were a pleasure to interact with. The quality of their workmanship was impressive! They worked very efficiently and could not have delivered a better product. They helped to answer all our questions and resolve all our concerns. I purchased a 50'x60' steel building through Man Cave structures built and installed by Quality Carports. I was reluctant at first because I wasn't sure about a carport business building such a big building. I couldn't of been more wrong! I'm amazed that in less then 2 weeks it was finished! A solid building and a great install team!

Quality carports are very fast and reliable. There workers are amazing and hard workers. Love our barn. Built as wanted. Thank you quality carport. Super recommend!

Just like many people we too went with Big Buildings Direct. With the price and wood and steel going up and winter around the corner we were running out of time. I will say structurally I do not think that the structure will be moving anytime with the amount of concrete I had to pour. The reason for the 4 star review and not 5 has to be because of the engineers at Quality Carports. My city and the concrete contractors both agreed that this was overkill when it came to concrete but I guess its just Quality Carports covering themselves for liability. The installers that came were on time and were quick. They were very nice and cleaned the job site afterwards. The people I talked to at Quality Carports were extremely nice and attentive. Overall yes Quality Carports is a good company and I might recommend someone in the future.

I was looking for a carport style structure, vertical roof panels, that would set between 240 foot shipping containers set 24.3 feet apart. Quality Carports answered my need with a 24’x40’x10’ structure with gable enclosure on the north end to help block the winter snow, but open enough (7’) to drive normal vehicles under. Everyone that I’ve dealt with throughout the process, from beginning to end, has been very helpful and professional. I would give them seven stars if I could!
