Final Update : As expected airflow leadership lacked professionalism and decided to not refund my money. They responded to my complaint with a blank copy of contract (never signed by me) that stated that they can cancel the warranty policy at their will. If you are like me who are buying the warranty policies for peace of mind, this is not the right place. I have never seen a company writing such kind of policies where they can cancel the policy at their will. So, if you complain about their services or have a huge repair, than will walk away and cancel the policy. It is as simple as that. I am glad I did not let this go and disputed with my credit card company. I cannot compromise on my ethics and rather than disputing for full amount , I only disputed for ~200$ which I thought is reasonable for unfinished tuneups services. I got my refund processed and I am sure the leadership at airflow learned their lesson that ignoring customer emails and complaints will not let them keep their money for free. Do yourself a favor and go to a company where they have proper customer care and people to reach out when there are escalations. Update: STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THE WAY HOW THEY DON'T RESPOND TO REVIEW, EMAIL and on complaint submitted on BetterBusinessBureau concludes that they are at fault and they have zero intention to make the situation correct. If you run into a problem, you are struck and you will be left in a situation just like me and they would cancel your contract, not refund your money and ignore you. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LEADERSHIP. Been 2 weeks since I wrote my review. Every other review has been responded but not this. The leadership does not respond to emails, loot your money, break your contract without consent and disappear . They not responding clearly shows that they know their mistake but don't want to admit or correct ! I am still in shock on how they are still in business. They have good technicians and better rates but they have people in their service team and management who treats customers with disrespect , hangs the phone on your face and threatens to cancel the policy if you question them. The owner and senior management bothers to take no action . I had a call with their service manager Barry who was literally yelling at me when I was hoping he can help get me a sooner appointment than having to wait for a day when the AC is shut at my home. He would say ' TIME UP' , 'DONE WITH YOU' and hang the phone and when you go report it to their owner (Carolina Kennedy) and Doanna (another manager) hoping she would take action against this manager , she surprised me by responding that - she would say she did not hear anything wrong in her manager or staff usage of words in the call and says I asked for unusual services and would say she will cancel my contracts and offer prorated amount without my consent. This company seems to be operated by someone who have no grounds of discipline, racist and arrogant people. Until now, she did not bother to call me. May be she knows what she did is wrong and cannot face the customer or shamed of her team but trying to cover them. I will fight for until my full refund to be processed if they decide to cancel my contract without my consent. I submitted my complaint on BBB and looking at the number of complaints and ratings they have on them - it is not surprising that I am here. Shame on their leadership . Hopefully there is atleast one more qualified member in their leadership team that will take time to connect with me and hear from me on what is going on. I will continue to update my review based off what I hear from their leadership (if they bother to do) and on my complaint with better business bureau.

I owned and operated an HVAC company back in the early 1970s. Since buying our town home in 2011, I have used only Air Flow Designs for my HVAC needs--repairs, system replacement and scheduled annual maintenance. EVERY technician has been TOP NOTCH and EVERY recommendation has been SPOT ON!

I wish I could give Air Flow ZERO stars. They lack professionalism and don’t care about their customers. This even includes customers like myself who have been loyal to them for over 20 years. Their entire management and leadership team from the owner down should be retrained on customer service. I do not recommend them to ANYONE after our recent experience with them. I have worked with Airflow Designs since we purchased our home because they are the originator of the units. From day one in a brand new home we had issues. In 2021 we installed brand new AC systems which we purchased for $14,000. We also purchased the warranty plan that comes with a yearly maintenance service. On September 18th, Air Flow came and performed a simple annual tune up & maintenance like they always have done. Upon returning home, I noticed it was unusually warm in my home. I tried to lower the temperature and shortly afterwards the unit went into calibration mode. We had never seen our AC do this and were even more shocked that this could occur after a routine maintenance service. About 15 mins later, the display shuts off and my husband notices water backed up in the air handler. He removes the water and the display turns back on and I call Airflow (after hours). Debbie calls me back and says all techs are done for the night and someone will call me in the morning. All day went by and I didn't get a call. I call back again (after hours) and Debbie calls me back. She apologizes and reassures me that someone will call me. I got a call Friday morning, September 20th, and I was asked if the unit is working. My answer was it appears so but I would like to speak to a technician to explain the calibration mode and why my unit was backed up with water after a maintenance service. No one comes out and Saturday evening, I have water coming up from my laminate wood floors and water leaking into the garage. I sent an email including a Dropbox link of videos and pics of the situation and water damage. Sunday a technician came to explain that my system was clogged. I asked, "How is this possible? The system was working perfectly fine before the technician arrived and we never had an issue with these units since we purchased them 3 years ago. What did he do on a routine service call to clog our unit and cause it to go into a calibration mode." I was promised a manager would call me Monday morning. No call by 11am, and so I called back again. Andy tells me that Barry, the service manager, would contact me. He never did so I called back again the same day around 3pm and still wasn’t able to talk to Barry. I called Tuesday again and was promised again that Barry would call me, but guess what? Still no call or email response from Barry or anyone else in the office. I sent an email on Monday night using the same email where I sent the videos and etc asking when will someone call me. It is very evident that they are avoiding contacting me after a situation their technician caused which has damaged my home. This is VERY unprofessional! In addition to the water damage to my wood floors, I have scheduled an appointment with a water restoration company because I am concerned about mold and mildew in my home. Airflow Designs doesn't care about their customers and I have tolerated this for years, but NO MORE!!! Don't trust their service, it is PISS POOR!

I’m trying to drive home safely and your driver is driving recklessly down Semoran blvd cutting cars in and out of heavy traffic!! And yelling and cursing like a maniac. Don’t know what his rush is but very bad look for the company!

Jared Buck was our technician - he was, prompt, courteous and immediately diagnosed the issue. He repaired the problem and also did some PM work on the unit - he was in/out in less than 1hr. Excellent work / great experience. Highly recommend Jared.
