Wij beslisten om glass curtains te laten plaatsen in onze naya omdat we vaak last hadden van felle wind op het terras. Vanwege de lovende recensies kwamen we terecht bij Crystal Windows. De ontvangst, bespreking van het werk, opmeting, plaatsing: alles werd zeer professioneel en vriendelijk afgehandeld. Deze mensen kennen duidelijk hun job en het bedrijf is zeer betrouwbaar. De plaatsing verliep vlot en volgens planning. We zijn ontzettend blij dat we deze stap gezet hebben: de naya is nu onze favoriete ruimte, we kunnen er de ganse dag in doorbrengen! Warmte, wind, regen, het is allemaal geen probleem meer: we openen of sluiten de delen waar het best uitkomt. Nu is het enkel nog genieten! Ons huis is er echt veel beter van geworden. Het enige waar we spijt van hebben, is dat we dit niet eerder hebben beslist! Veel dank aan het ganse team en tot weldra voor plaatsing van de glazen deur.

From the initial quote to the installation, we were more than satisfied with the services provided by Crystal Windows. The boss was very nice, we were always kept informed by the office staff, and the tradesmen who installed our sliding door and our three-part windbreak were simply perfect. Wir haben einen faltbaren Windschutz aus Glas auf unserer Terrasse einbauen lassen. Vom Empfang über die Beratung war alles sehr professionell. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich und haben sichtlich Freude an ihrem Job. Die Monteure kamen pünktlich bestens gelaunt zum Einbau und arbeiteten sehr gewissenhaft und sauber. Zum Schluss kam der Chef persönlich zur Abnahme. Diese Firma kann man nur bestens empfehlen.

We have just had a number of windows and doors installed by Crystal Windows. We chose them after seeing their work on Facebook and their customer reviews; we can now add our names to these glowing reviews. From the very first contact with the company and John, we were impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. The team that carried out the work (led by Ryan) were a joy to be around and always left us with a tidy house. The product is fantastic and, because we had old persianas removed, the finishing around the windows was excellent. We have had replacement windows in the UK in previous houses, but this experience was by far the best, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends.

New windows fitted by Crystal today. SO impressed and would recommend to anyone. From my initial enquiry until completion today everything has been easy and effortless. The fitters were excellent - Friendly, helpful and professional. Everything was covered with dust sheets and everywhere was cleaned and mopped afterwards and I love my new windows. Many thanks.

Having used Crystal Windows before we had no doubt who would provide a new double door for our apartment. The quality of materials, fitting and after service are second to none and many other window/door manufacturers should look to their standards. I can 100 per cent recommend Crystal Windows.
