Steve's team is the most caring and knowledgeable you will find. When I bought my house, Steve and Thea made sure I knew where things stood, what was next, and answered questions I didn't know to ask until they gave me the answer. Not once did I need to pull information from them. Thea was super attentive and patient even when I felt like I was being picky and pestering. As long as Steve provides real estate services, I have no need to wonder if there is anyone better.

Keller William Realty Indianapolis is truly a 5 star operation from top to bottom. We recently moved from Michigan to Indy area and we are fortunate that Steve was our agent. He guided us through the negotiation, closing, inspection and move. As a matter of fact his guidance saved us thousands of dollars during negotiations. He even brought a bottle of Champaign at closing to celebrate. His office staff is professional, courteous and responsive. Steve also holds monthly get together to get to know each other. He also gave us a binder at the closing with all the contacts for various services that someone new in the area (like us) will appreciate it very much. All in all him and his company is one for the keeps and I will have no hesitation in recommending him if you are buying or selling your home.

This is a great company if you are selling your home. They will do everything they can to help and support the sellers. If you are on the buy side they do very little to help or support you. They are all about protecting the interests of the seller. I incurred a great deal of debt because I used this firm on the buy side. They did not support things that needed to get done off the inspection report because they were most concerned with the other agents and the seller's interests. I was told I dont understand the Indianapolis market. They will do all they can to support sellers. So if you are selling your home this would be an exceptional firm to use....if you are buying ...not so much.
