I strongly advise anyone considering a position at this company to think twice Pros:Experience a unique communication style that involves passive-aggressiveness, vague instructions, and cryptic emails. It's like a puzzle-solving game every day! Cons:This company is inexplicably run by a group of interns who appear to be woefully illiterate and unqualified for their roles. Their lack of experience and knowledge is evident in the chaos that reigns within the organization. The CEO and their friends' behavior towards employees is deeply concerning. Their upbringing seems questionable as they consistently exhibit poor behavior and disrespect towards the staff. This creates a hostile and uncomfortable work environment. The CEO's blatant disregard for labor laws is shocking. Employees are subjected to arbitrary salary cuts for minor infractions, such as being five minutes late after 8 am. Such punitive measures are not only unfair but also illegal. The company's location on Dhaka Mawa highway is highly inconvenient for most employees. It appears to be chosen solely for the convenience of the CEO and their friends who live nearby. This disregard for the convenience and well-being of the majority of the staff is disheartening. Perhaps the most alarming aspect is the company's practice of regulating employees' social media behavior and subjecting them to public humiliation during townhall meetings. Employees are publicly insulted on stage, which is not only degrading but also a breach of fake respect and dignity. Advice to Management:Oh, I have no doubt that our esteemed CEO is way too experienced to ever stoop down to an internship level, especially in any organization here in Bangladesh. Their knowledge is clearly on another level. As for the other self-proclaimed directors, I humbly suggest you challenge our CEO to grace some lucky organization with their intern skills. Who knows, maybe they'll pick up a thing or two, and we can all benefit from their newfound wisdom.

One of the finest & fastest growing MediaTech industry. Pros:1. Exciting work environment. 2. Employee benefits. 3. Broad learning opportunity. Cons:It is hard to find the cons of such a wonderful company. Only one disadvantage can be mentioned about the weekly holidays. It would be better if it was two days of weekend.

A Rewarding but Demanding Workplace That Values Innovation Pros:Pros I have been working at Backspace International Limited as a lead generation executive for over six months now. Overall, it has been a rewarding but demanding experience. Backspace is a company that truly values innovation and creativity when it comes to generating new business leads. I am encouraged to come up with creative strategies for identifying and contacting potential new customers. While this requires a lot of diligent research and persistence on my part, it is incredibly satisfying when my efforts result in successfully bringing on new accounts. The environment at Backspace is friendly and supportive. My coworkers are always willing to help out when needed, and management is respectful and transparent in their dealings. I feel that my hard work and contributions are appreciated and recognized. Management provides constructive feedback and guidance to help me improve. Backspace also offers an attractive compensation and benefits package, including flexibility in hours, health insurance, performance bonuses, and opportunities for professional developmet. Cons:However, the workload can be quite stressful at times, especially when there are tight deadlines or multiple projects happening simultaneously. The company is still evolving as it grows rapidly, and changes to policies or procedures are not always clearly communicated in a timely manner. This can lead to some confusion and disruption to workflow. Advice to Management:My advice to management would be to provide more coaching and guidance to employees, particularly new hires like myself. Help us set realistic goals and expectations and support us in working towards achieving them. Invest more in employee training, career advancement opportunities, and overall welfare and recognition programs. Improving project management processes and giving advance notice of major changes would also help things run more smoothly. In summary, I find Backspace to be a challenging but rewarding workplace with room for improvement. With some fine-tuning of communication and management processes, it could become an even better company to grow a career at. I'm thankful for the opportunities I've been given here and look forward to contributing more.

Cons:Working at Backspace International Limited is not without its challenges. Backspace is a fast-growing and ambitious company that has high standards and expectations from its employees. Sometimes the workload can be stressful, especially when there are tight deadlines or multiple projects to handle. The company could improve its project management system to avoid confusion or miscommunication among the team members. Backspace is also a relatively new company that is still evolving and expanding its business. Sometimes there are changes or adjustments in the policies or procedures that can affect the workflow or expectations of the employees. The company could communicate these changes more clearly and timely to the employees. Advice to Management:I would like to thank the management for leading and inspiring the employees. I appreciate their efforts and achievements, and I hope they continue to do so. I would also like to suggest that they provide more feedback and guidance to the employees, especially the new ones. They should help them set realistic goals and expectations, and support them in achieving them. They should also invest more in the development and welfare of the employees. They should provide more opportunities for training, career advancement, recognition, etc.

A Toxic Work Environment with Zero Respect for Employees Pros:Pros: A "unique" experience in a company dominated by the "SNF" (Saiful and Friends) club. Perfect place to master the art of arriving exactly at 8 am, thanks to the 5-minute salary cut policy. An unmatched opportunity to witness HR acrobatics in cutting salaries and maintaining a straight face. Supervisory positions handled by the "illiterate dropout squad" for an enlightening career journey. A creative paradise for those who want to explore the world of competitor copying. A CEO who effortlessly proves that anyone can build a company, regardless of their intellect. An invaluable chance to enhance your acting skills, as you're expected to be a zombie without opinions. A "surprise package" for your last month's salary, just to keep things exciting till the end. Cons:I had the unfortunate experience of working at Backspace International Limited, and I must say it was the most toxic workplace I have ever encountered in my career. The company is essentially run by the CEO and his circle of friends, making it feel more like a forum for the "SNF" (Saiful and Friends) rather than a professional organization. From the outset, the location itself is inconvenient, tucked away in Jatra Bari. The stringent timing policy of starting at 8 am is accompanied by absurd penalties for even a 5-minute delay, resulting in monthly salary cuts of 3 to 5 thousand takas. The lack of fixed working hours and the absence of recognition for overtime work creates an environment where dedication is met with judgment, even if you leave on time. The HR department, if it can even be called that, functions as a mere mouthpiece for the management. Their main task seems to be cutting salaries and maintaining the status quo, leaving employees feeling unheard and unvalued. Supervisory positions are dominated by the CEO's friends, who lack competence and education. They ensure that your potential is suppressed and your growth is stunted, resorting to spying and manipulation to achieve their goals. For creative minds, Backspace is a graveyard of innovation. The company's strategy is copying competitors, stifling any fresh ideas. The CEO's resistance to new approaches and his penchant for mocking innovative thinking discourage creativity. The pinnacle of the dysfunction is the CEO himself. His leadership style is a dictatorship in its purest form. Employees are expected to function like mindless zombies, devoid of opinions or independent thought. Disagreement is met with punishment, and expressing one's own views is taboo. The company's unscrupulous practices extend even to the end of employment. During my last month, I faced salary deductions and witnessed the same treatment as my colleagues. It's a disgrace that a place like Backspace International Limited even exists in the professional world. In conclusion, I urge potential employees to think twice before joining Backspace. The toxic culture, lack of respect for employees, and stifling of individuality make it a place where one's career aspirations go to die. Advice to Management:Embrace the Art of Penalties: Why stop at delays? How about a "lateness tax" for every breath taken after 8 am? HR Masterclass: Transform your HR department into a reality show, complete with salary-cutting ceremonies and dramatic exits. Friendship First: Expand the "SNF" club, because nothing screams professionalism like filling the office with your buddies. Innovation Redefined: Encourage employees to embrace the cutting-edge practice of copy-pasting competitor strategies, because why reinvent the wheel? Dictatorship Decorum: Institute a "No Opinion Zone" where employees can perfect their nodding skills, ensuring a harmonious monotone workplace. Bland is Grand: Ban creativity and imagination to boost productivity. Who needs fresh ideas when you have the same old, same old? Delayed Gratification: Extend the suspense of monthly salaries by randomly deciding when and how much to pay. Who doesn't love a surprise? Meetings Mastery: Schedule meetings at random hours, and remember to cancel them last minute. Keeps employees on their toes! Hall of Fame: Establish an "Illiterate Dropout Wall of Fame" to honor supervisors who've successfully squashed all signs of potential in their subordinates. Ego-Inflation 101: Offer a course for aspiring CEOs to learn how to lead without listening, because who needs feedback when you have all the answers?

Must be work on the SALARY RANGE Pros:Positive work environment: Employees at Backspace International Ltd. consistently rate the company's work environment highly. They appreciate the supportive team culture, the opportunities for learning and growth, and the overall sense of camaraderie. Opportunities for professional development: Backspace International Ltd. offers a lot of opportunities for professional development. The company provides training and development programs, and employees say that they can learn new skills and grow their careers. Cons:Extended hours: Employees say that they often work long hours. They say the company has a fast-paced environment and is constantly under pressure to meet deadlines. Fast-paced environment: The work environment at Backspace International Ltd. can be fast-paced and demanding. This can be challenging for some employees. Advice to Management:More work should be done on salary. There are better-paying jobs available in the industry and people working there are getting paid more so the company should pay the employees according to the work or the employers will not want to stay here if they get a good opportunity.
