Jason Lim was able to help us secure just the loan we needed within about a week, after half a dozen other brokers shied away from our unique situation (great credit, mostly foreign income). The difference was like night and day. It was such a pleasure and a relief to work with such a knowledgable and upbeat person. I would recommend him to anyone.

He answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently, and when we ended the call he said "God Bless You", that was so refreshing and I told him that. You just never hear that very much anymore and I appreciated that very much. He keep close contact with me which helped and we so appreciated his knowledge, and respect of what we needed to do. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Joey. The moment he got on the phone he started pitching me. He told me how long he has been doing this and how good he is at it. I told him that I read his reviews and that he did not need to sell himself to me. I wanted to cut to the chase and get to my issues. I have refinanced my property before. I have appreciated and have gotten along with all of my former lenders. However, I recently had a negative experience with a lender. I tried to share that with Joey. The reason for sharing was, in part, to bring him up to date on my current situation. Joey did not want to listen. He told me that he likes to make money on all of his calls. That he did not think I would like him because of the process and required documentation. I knew that he was being presumptuous. And, that he was incorrect, since I have been down this route before. However, rather than try to persuade him of that, I simply allowed him to end the call. I am glad that others found Joey to be helpful. I do not think he has good listening skills. Nor do I agree that he was patient. He clearly make a snap judgement about me. He was not interested in helping me. I will find someone more seasoned and creative.

Lending company in general isn’t the easiest to get approval from and requires a lot of hoop jumping. But Alex and his team bend over backwards to get us through the process and was completely awesome.

It was a rough road at times but in the end Alex always was there for us!!
