I have been trying to do some consolidation with mortgages, loans and credit cards for months. I ended up filling out a form on a website that sends out to multiple potential lenders. Tran Le from West Capital Lending was the first to respond so I gave him the opportunity so see what he could come up with and presented a HELOC. It took less that a month from application to funding the loan. He checked in with me daily with texts and phone calls to keep me focused on the end result. Everything was done 100% online with no out of pocket expenses. He is a great person to deal with and we will probably be revisiting a refinance in 6 -12 months since interest rates have been going down. I highly recommend Tran Le for you mortgage and HELOC needs.
Got my first HELOC through WCL no problem everything was smooth sailing, paid off in about 6 months. Attempted a redraw they refuse claiming “my home value dropped over 120k in six months”, paid for appraisal home came back valued at almost 40k more than they had appraised for original heloc. Still refused so I took my business elsewhere. Their “Bankers” are all listed as “branch managers” which is IN MY OPINION, a red flag, they don’t return calls or emails for days, almost seems as though I was black listed for paying back original loan early.
They will also poach clients from each other. Not a good business mode , IN MY OPINION, some very questionable business practices.
My experience with West Capital Lending was a positive one, thanks to Aaron Shook, the Branch Manager. Aaron made the process smooth and ensured I was kept informed about every detail of the loan. Even though I was out of state and never met Aaron in person, he made me feel like a friend rather than just a customer. I would gladly recommend Aaron's service to anyone.
Aaron Shook is very good at his job and the main reason I used your company and not anybody else initially was because of his willingness to work late and text message. He laid out options for me and explained everything in detail which was awesome. All of this loan stuff is so hard for me to understand and he was there to thoroughly explain everything I wasn't understanding well. He finished everything in record time for me and I am very appreciative of this. In the end, I am glad I went with West Capital Lending to refinance my home!
