My son is young but very responsible. He hired these people to come in and fix a water drainage problem in which they took his down payment AND had him to do all of the gutting of the house for them only to return to tell him they couldn’t do the job because they THOUGHT he had concrete floors. If I could give them a below zero review I would. I would steer as far clear of this company as I could. One thing about it is he IS old enough to seak an attorney’s advice!

John-Paul came to the house to speak with me about the issues we are having with water pooling in our basement. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the services we would need. He treated me with respect and kindness. Even though we have not yet made a decision about purchasing, I felt he deserved the needed praise.

Had an issue with a bedroom floor that was not level in one place. After thorough investigation by the Scoatt it tuned out to be a carpentry issue not a structural issue. One of the floor joists was warped and high in the middle.

Gave me piece of that is was not an issue with basement walls or floor. Scott was polite and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need.

Scott with acculevel came to my house yesterday and did a thorough inspection. He pointed out things that even I didn’t see. After he went in my crawl space, he came back with pictures and solutions on how to fix everything. I told him what I wanted and he was able to give me a price and how much financing would be a month. That was my biggest thing, how was I going to pay.
