Highly Recommend!
I had a great experience with Mr. Steve and David during my building and pest inspection. They were extremely professional and thorough in their work. They explained every detail clearly and took the time to ensure I understood everything.
What impressed me most was their prompt follow-up; they contacted me the next day to check if I had any further questions. When I did have questions, their explanations were clear and easy to understand.
I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and professional inspectors.

I recently purchased a place after David carried out the building inspection for me. He signed the place off as having no major defects prior to purchase.
After the first rainfall, I noticed puddles forming inside the apartment. I contacted David explaining the problem and there was no response.
Eventually I got through to him and he told me that if I wanted a further inspection that I would need to pay 300 dollars + whatever repair costs are.
Very disappointed with this service. If you are thinking about buying a property, I would suggest using a different building inspector.
