Very professional service. Frank goes above and about and he always wants to get the job done properly as soon as possible. He has fixed a broken cabinet door in the kitchen, and a bedroom lock. Since he did that, we haven’t had any issues anymore. He always provides an honest point of view and give you options. He arrives on time and the communication is always clear and really good. He kept us informed and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Frank!

Frank is reliable, Friendly, honest and professional, we had a few things needed to be fixing before the new tenant move in. He completed the job on time with great work, he also fixed some little other things for us without put them on the bill even we asked to add them to the final bill. Professional, skilled and trustworthy. We had two downlights and both bathroom door locks not working since we moved in but didn't want to cause any fuss so we left it for months (literally going to toilet in the dark afraid someone will barge in! lol) but during a routine inspection our lovely agent got Frank on the job and quick smart he fixed both issues and to a high standard. He made us feel like a priority and as if nothing was too much trouble and went out of his way to find the correct parts needed in his own time. I had to rush out to an appointment while he was on the job so left him alone to finish and came back to discover it all fixed and looked like the areas had been tidied up afterwards. Seriously WOW. You can't buy genuine and good service like that nowadays. Thank you so much Frank for all your help. 5 stars deserved and highly recommended :)

I have been conversing remotely with Frank over a period of time in relation to some works I required to be done in Sydney in my absence. I found Frank to be honest and upright in all my dealings with him. He was in constant contact with me and sent me regular updates and photos/videos without having to be asked. He went above his duties and scope to assist me as he knew I was away and could not attend. Honestly as stated I have not personally seen his work. However I have had a friend attend and inspect the property, as well as the Real Estate Agent, who report back a high quality of work completed. The photos and videos I received support their observations. Frank is an old school worker. Does what has to be done and will not BS you. I thoroughly recommend him and would not hesitate to utilise him in the future. He goes the extra mile without being asked, which is unusual these days. Congrats Frank on good old school ethics and pride in work. Customer service well and above what I expected.

Frank and his team are extremely professional, they replaced our ceilings in the bathroom and hallway. Was quick to respond to enquiries and conduct the work on my investment property. Kept me informed throughout the entire process and the work was carried out professionally and to standard.

We contacted Frank at West Point Building Services to do some building maintenance on the business property where we are tenants. This included carpentry and painting trades. All safety requirements were complied with, and the work was completed to agreed timeframe and quality.
