Top notch customer service. What started off as a bad experience (my items were never shipped and emails went unanswered) ended up highlighting exactly what customer service is all about... Robert called, gave a valid explanation for why the error was made, company took full responsibility and they issued a full refund... While some of the items weren't available the rest of the order was sent free of charge with some bonus items... Morale of the story, companies can still do the right thing even when their customer has a bad experience... Waverform really do put the customer first 👍
