These guys do great work at a fair price. They also won't sell you or upsell you any nonsense you don't need and are generally incredibly knowledgeable. Can't recommend them enough - I've used them for multiple jobs and have never had a single problem. Justin in particular is great to work with. Whiting has a customer for life if they continue to run their business this way.

I highly recommend Whiting Services. My AC system went down. They came out promptly to diagnose the problem and got me up and running quickly. Thank God with the smoldering heat so grateful for Whiting Services.

I used them two years ago. I was happy with their service. Three weeks back I called and gave my information along with the problem I was having with the unit that was replaced two years ago. I set up an appointment also was told Justin would be calling to discuss the problem. No call along with a no show for my appointment.

Whiting was very responsive to my service call. They came to assess the issue, discussed multiple options to resolve to be able to determine a plan. Very professional and helpful!

Justin and the Whiting Service Team are very reliable. I have used them numerous times for no heat emergencies to preventative maintenance. The service provided is always explained up front before the start of any work with fair pricing. Our AC broke down in the heat of summer. We called in the evening, they showed up the next morning. Justin, the person who did the repair, was on time, clearly communicated the work he was doing, didn't try to upsell us, and within 30 minutes the AC was running again. All the big name companies couldn’t come out to service my down HVAC system on a Sunday night, these guys were there within 30 minutes and promptly replaced my condenser and had my house cool again! Fair rates and quality service!

I currently use Whiting services for seasonal maintenance on my HVAC system. Setting up appointments have been a positive experience, Justin's communication is very good. The scope of work is always very clear, price quoted is fair, and the work is always completed as expected. These guys aren't pushy when it comes to non-standard services, or putting you on the spot about an expensive repair. During the last visit they identified some patchy work that the last installer did on my system (that had been driving me crazy since I moved in to the house), and did a primo job fixing it!

Our oil furnace went down on a cold weekend. Justin was prompt and very efficient. He explained everything to me in laymen’s terms and did an outstanding job. Those thieves at another company I won’t say their name (rhymes with Verizon, starts with an H) wanted to charge us over 3 times what Whiting did the job for, and much quicker. We are so grateful that there are honest, trustworthy and quality driven people like Justin out there. Don’t hesitate to call the pros at Whiting!!
