Excellent experience!
We needed sudden storage after selling our parents’ house. I stopped in at the Bromsgrove branch and found it unmanned, (which I now know is normal).
I rang the number and spoke to an extremely helpful employee who offered me immediate, remote access to the building and let me see inside two different sized units.
After that, the set up was extremely quick!
I applied in the morning and was able to drop stuff off the same day. Everything is activated by an app on your phone but staff can be contacted by phone if needed.
On my second visit (after lots of rain) I did notice a pool of water not far from my unit. I rang up and by next day it had been sorted. No recurrence.
I am really happy with the unit and the excellent service.

Great storage facility with really flexible options and great customer service. Clean and well-maintained onsite, has everything you need (although trolleys a bit of a challenge to manoeuvre!)

Very clean facility, very easy people to deal with. Guidance on unit size available on website. East booking. Trolleys and sack truck available in airlock. Mobile phone access system was easy to learn how to use and instructions on the goods lift were clear and concise. Very pleased I chose Wigwam Self Storage.

Well taken by surprise just how good this experience was. The app for access works perfectly every thing is like new and excellent condition. When you enter the storage main door there’s all types of trolleys pallet trucks etc to help you get to your unit.

First time using a storage unit and was bit apprehensive but the staff at Wigwam storage are so friendly and helpful that they made everything very easy. The storage unit was easy to find and the app easy to use and any problems there was always someone on the other end of the phone to help. The unit was clean and tidy and it was nice to have music in the background. Would definitely recommend.

What a fantastic setup! All members of staff are incredibly professional with a friendly manner and provide a brilliant service.The storage unit is ultra secure, but easy to navigate once set up. We were very impressed with everything from initial enquiry through to the end of our contract.
Would definitely recommend.

Very happy with the service so far. Excellent pre-contract info, and very smooth process for gaining access to the storage facility. The facility itself feels very secure, and is clean. Plenty of trolleys available, and a handy lift.

Recently moved contents of a 2 bedroom flat into a 75sq ft storage unit at Wigwam. Absolute pleasure dealing with everyone I’ve spoken to on the phone so far, all very helpful. I previously went to look at the unit to ensure it was a suitable size for my needs, the unit is spotless, although it is all new inside. On the day of the move I received instructions and a link to the app which is needed to gain access. All went very smoothly and a very impressive system. Plenty of trolleys and a pallet truck inside also to help. Very confident my belongings are safe and secure. Would highly recommend.

Working with Wigwam has been seamless. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful during contract set-up, and were available throughout the term.
The units themselves are controlled by downloadable app, which I have to say I had no issues with. No bugs or malfunctions.
I was really very happy with the whole experience and would not look anywhere else for convenient and fairly priced storage solutions.

Wigwam have generously donated a unit to The Basement Project for our food bank. It is very high tech and access is managed through an app which is simple to use. Jos and the team have been really supportive and are easy to contact if we have any questions.
