I had an insidious once in a lifetime outside, underground leak that originated at the front of the house, requiring a fix that was up-and-beyond what a plumber would normally come across. While I was fretting over it, Wild Water’s man handled it in stride. There were several plumbers to pick from, but I’m glad I called them.

Ryan O Connell received our call this am, following referral by the Universal Property Insurance Co Adjuster’s this am home visit and exam. Ryan indicated he would make time to examine needed repairs in the afternoon. Ryan not only examined or issue, he immediately completed the repairs in a timely, competent and professional manner, offering further suggestions how to mitigate and avoid a reoccurrence due to the installation design of the tankless water heater cooper pressure release pipe. Extremely satisfied and grateful.

We wanted to be proactive and replace our water heater.
Before we started having issues. We made one call, and receive five star service! Ryan came out on time, he was simply the best! Neat & clean service. He made our choice of plumbers a great experience! Highly recommend Wild Water Plumbing! We live in a mobile home, plumbing isn't the same as for stick built homes. Ryan knew the plumbing codes for both..So thankful for that!

They are the best. Showed up on time, Had a clear estimate of the cost. Completed the work in a timely fashion. Cleaned up after the job was done. Very efficient and friendly. Would recommend them anytime.

Cannot say enough about the excellent customer service! Justin was extremely helpful over the phone in scheduling and flexible with our availability. Luke our technician was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, gave us all the options to fix or replace out water heater- issued a quote right away and was not at all pushy about giving us time to decide. He turned right around and was able to make our repairs the same day! I will be recommending Wild Water to everyone I know!

I’m a landlord and used Ryan’s O’Connell’s services without ever having to step foot in the property! He did a great detailed move-out plumbing inspection for me, took clear before and after photos, and explained perfectly the current issues as well as how to prevent future issues and what warning signs to look for.
