He saved us from making a mistake on one of the purchases that could have caused untold expenses and worry. He doesn't miss anything! This probably the best hime inspection i have ever experienced. Matt covered the whole house thoroughly, and it is a big house. He provided detailed photos, clean assessments of findings, and all without hype.Inspectors are hired to find important issues but often they take the approach that quantity is better than quality. I don't want a report loaded with inconsequential normal wear and tear items but with important those items that influence a purchase decision. Matt did just that, finding areas of water intrusion, reversed hot and cold connections, inoperable outlets, slow drains, wood deterioration, structural support issues, and the like. He gave me what i needed to make a buying decision and to plan for future repair work is we end up buying the house.

Great experience working with Williams Inspection and Radon Services! Our technician Josh was right on time and extremely professional. He worked with us to find the best location to install the mitigation system and had it completed within a couple hours. So far the system has worked perfectly, definitely would recommend them.
