Matt and Lyle were a real pleasure to work with for our bathroom remodel. Matt was organized and prompt with scheduling an initial consultation, was a great listener, and very open to my non traditional tiling idea while also offering helpful advice and feedback. They arrived on time, worked hard, and kept the job site clean. The quality of the work was excellent and Matt followed through with exactly what he said he would do for this job. I would highly recommend!

As a Designer who has spent over 35 years specializing in Kitchen & Bath Design & Remodeling, I can say with no small amount of authority that it just doesn’t get any better than Willow Brook Builders, LLC. The owner of Willow Brook, Matt Moore is the very definition of professionalism. He is a clear, consistent, pleasant communicator. He is highly organized. His work is meticulous. And he holds all of his employees and sub-contractors to the same standard. Working on projects with Willow Brook is pure joy. Residential building and remodeling is always a bit of a crazy, trust-fall exercise. The total confidence that I witness Willow Brook clients having in Matt and his team speaks volumes for Willow Brook’s skill, integrity and project-outcomes.

Matt from Willow Brook Builders could not have been nicer, more accommodating, or more helpful regarding our leaky shower. The project proved too minor for him to want to take on, but he went out of his way to look into the problem, supply a temporary fix, and recommend a local handyman. If ever we finally make up our minds to renovate the kitchen, I know exactly whom we'll ask.

Matt just completed our primary bathroom renovation. His work is impeccable. He provided daily update logs, completed all tasks promised and all on time. We are very happy with Matt’s work and plan to have him back to update our kitchen backsplash. Below are a few pictures, we are waiting for the plumber to install fixtures and for the shower glass to be installed.

Did a fantastic job installing a tile floor in our laundry room. It is a small room and the washer/dryer needed to be removed first. It was a tricky task but Matt came up with a clever solution for removing the appliances without any damage to the surrounding area. The floor looks great and Matt was easy to work with.

We can't say enough good things about Matt. He installed tile floors and showers for us. He's trustworthy, very detailed oriented and was always willing to answer our questions throughout the process. Matt would be our first call for any future building project.

Matt did an amazing job on our Sprinter Van build out . Creative and detail oriented.

We contracted with Matt for a set of cabinets for our mudroom. We wanted something that was both utilitarian and pleasing to the eye. Matt listened carefully to how we hoped to use the cabinets, asked probing questions, and created several iterations of CAD drawings, including choices of trim to "dress up" the piece. We liked his suggestions (the adjustable shelves, the trim pieces, the beadboard backing for the lower shelves). We agreed on a price and a timeline; Matt delivered on both. Matt's attention to detail is spot-on. He scribed the back of the cabinets where they meet the existing wall so there is no space showing. The door hinges work perfectly, and noiselessly. The piece fits and functions exactly as envisioned. The cabinets are an excellent reflection of Matt's craftsmanship. We will definitely reach out to Matt for any future cabinetry needs.

Matt helped replace some rotten exterior trim. He was very responsive to our expedited timeline and his work is neat and professional. His skills are some of the best!

Briefly, Matt was amazing. Not briefly, we have had the hardest time finding contractors to come out and do some work to our house. Our house needed some small to moderate repairs that were beyond our own ability and time availability but most contractors we have contacted never, ever follow through after the first phone call. Matt is friendly, professional and highly skilled. Matt came out immediately after we called him and walked through the house with us to discuss the variety of projects we had in mind as well as the time horizon for each. Matt broke down each project for us so we could plan and budget, with each project he discussed the options and the pros/cons of each. When the projects started, Matt told us when he would be there and he was never ever late, never no-showed and always did exactly what he said he was going to do. At every step in the process he communicated with us about expectations as well as the usual unexpected stuff that arises so that when the invoice came it was not a surprise at all. It was so refreshing as we have had work done before and getting a surprise amount on the invoice is maddening. Matt did everything the way he said he would and took the time to do it right. Further, one of the projects required an electrician; we have had 4-5 electricians come out to our home for an estimate, make a handshake agreement only to then ghost us when we tried to schedule work; it is exhausting, and frustrating. Not with Matt. Matt brought an excellent sub who came in right when they said they would, they worked in tandem and cranked out the project in a timely manner. I and in a short time window, no waiting until 2024. We plan to use Willow Brook for any future projects and cannot recommend Matt highly enough.

Matt did great work installing wood panelling in one of our commercial building hallways. As part of a cosmetic refresh, his work added a lot of character to the previously understated spaces. His work is clean, well thought out, and he is extremely efficient with his time. Look forward to working with him again.

Matt is excellent - he will leave you with no gaps, literally and figuratively. His woodworking skills and workmanship are unprecedented. For my job, he went beyond of what was needed in the tiny and not so tiny details that I could never imagine of asking. That speaks highly of his attentive character and willingness to do things the right way. Highly recommended ! 11 stars.
