Very positive experience overall with Window Depot! The picture windows before would always get foggy and condensation would buildup inside the panes. Our front inside porch room which we love to spend time in would always get drafty and cold. So we decided to have two new large picture windows replaced and chose the Endure units by Provia. The room now is much more comfortable and we have Jeff to thank for a great installation!!

We had window depot come out and replace the front door on our nearly 100 year old home. The original door was a weird size and they were able to get us a size that worked perfectly for our entry. We ordered it long before we were ready for them to install it and they were gracious enough to hold the door for us until we were ready for it. On install day, Jeff Carroll arrived on time, was efficient with the install, and left the front entry very clean. We were very impressed by all aspects of this purchase. Paul Hanna made the ordering process easy, the communication with Paul, Mae on the office was great, the install flawless. Everything was smooth and easy. Plus, the new front door looks amazing!

Everyone that I dealt with through Window Depot was extremely professional and easy to talk to. I thoroughly enjoyed talking to all of the representatives. Will, my project manager, was the first person I dealt with as he came out to present a wide variety of options and ultimately the price. I had some reservations about the quoted price in the beginning, but Will’s genuinity and no pressure, comfortable approach were very very appreciated. Jeff, my installer was very professional and cleaned up so well that it was actually probably better than how he found it! Lastly, Rory who came by following the completion of the project was very helpful explaining the warranty, which is another highlight. The new Provia Heritage entry door & storm door are the perfect color and I love the wonderful curb appeal that my home has. The doors are solid, made well, and offer enhanced safety & security, so what’s not to like!!

Everything was so timely, professional and efficient, from the very first contact at the Meijer store to then the Project Manager Ryan, installer Jeff and follow-up representative, Rory, everyone was very genuine and conscientious of making this experience very positive and as I expected. Lastly, Jeff’s attention to detail with an immaculate cleanup was very much appreciated!!

Before these windows, I had nothing, but cold, old windows that is until twinkle twinkle little star I wished I may and wished with all my might that my windows would be delivered and installed b4 midnight tonight 12/20/24. Thank you Jesus 😊 and thank you Mason, Donnie and Sean, and most importantly for Meijer which is my favorite store to shop and thank you for having Window Depot Sales Rep inside the store and talking to me in Nov. I love my energy saving windows , and definitely will be saving to buy two or more windows asap. I would higgly recommend them for your next window install. We had a very old, drafty patio door that was nearing 30 years old. Honestly, we were simply tired of looking at it, and the screen slider no longer functioned as well. We explored several companies throughout Сlevel and and ultimately landed on Window Depot as they are local to us and have a strong track record with lots of positive reviews. The new patio door is a Provia Endure that has the internal blind feature! We love the new door as it’s much nicer, brighter, and safer! Outside of the product itself, the customer service you get by working with this company is beyond compare. Very responsive, communicative, and personable!!

I am in the process of renovating my new condo and a couple items I wanted alto tackle immediately were the slider windows & patio door. They were the old original metal frame units that wrte very hard to open. The Provia products installed by Mason & Donnie are really nice & I am certain I will enjoy them for many years to come!!

Mason and Donnie installed my arched screen door and did a wonderful job. Arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly and were extremely polite and professional.

Just had every window in my home replaced. From Paul, who was my project manager, down to Sherry, the communication and overall customer experience was top-notch. Alex and Dimitri were my installers. If you need a job done like this, I highly recommend you request them. They treated my home like theirs. Their attention to detail was on target and not a better couple of guys with a great work ethic. I was so satisfied with the job they did, I had Paul quote a new door. I would highly recommend this company. UPDATE: Paul H quoted my front entry door back in May. It was ordered approximately a month ago. Yesterday, Jeff Carroll installed it. Attention to detail and work ethic showed in Jeff's work. After completing the job, it was like he was never here. He treated my home and the project like his own. Extremely happy with the entire process. Once again, I would highly recommend this company.

Everyone I worked with throughout my experience was absolutely marvelous, especially the installers! John Felice and his crew did a fantastic job replacing my patio sliding door, front entry door + storm door. I chose PROVIA products for the new units, and am especially fond of how well insulated the new front door is. Everything was in need of an update, so after speaking with a couple different company representatives who presented such positive, friendly attitudes, I couldn't be happier choosing such a fine business in Window Depot! The following up visit with Rory was the cherry on top. Such a pleasurable conversation and final stamp on a great experience!
