After extensive shopping around for a company to replace the windows in my 40+ year-old condo, I landed on the Window Source. The sales rep, Clayton, was pleasant and honest. The installation crew, led by Edwin, were thoughtful, efficient, and did a fantastic job! Needless to say, I'm very happy I decided to go with The Window Source.

I had an amazing experience with The Window Source while replacing 6 windows and 3 patio doors in my home. Not only did they offer a very reasonable price, but the entire process—from communication to installation—was seamless and professional. I shopped around extensively, comparing both big and small companies, and Clayton stood out for his exceptional customer service. He answered all my questions without any pressure or pushy sales tactics. His professionalism and genuine passion for what he does were clear from the start. The installation team was equally impressive. They removed the old windows and doors, installed the new ones perfectly, and left no mess behind. Their attention to detail and expertise proved that they truly know their craft. Finally, a big thank you to David, who reached out with a fantastic rate and worked diligently to finalize the deal. The Window Source installed several doors and windows in my house. I can't say enough about the quality of their work as well as their professionalism. It was a very difficult job. I must say, they got it done perfectly. I ended up working directly with the owner, David. I think he personally had to come to my house 7-8 times. He is a perfectionist. He wanted to make sure it was done just right. He never abandoned this job. If you are shopping to have someone install your windows I can honestly say this company is the best. Honest and hardworking. I was lucky to find them.

David and his team were very professional and provided a good quality product. Through the installation process I had questions regarding acquiring my windstorm certificate. David, the owner, personally got involved and made sure I received the window storm certificate. I would highly recommend Window Source for any future window replacement.

The Window Source of Houston (WSOH) is absolutely wonderful! We highly, highly recommend them. They offer solid, old-fashioned customer service. They bent over backwards to meet all our needs, and they pulled out all the stops for us, even though our job was a very small one. Everyone was so nice. From sales to financing to installation. All the way down the line. David, the owner, has a fine, fine company. We love our new NT windows. They are beautiful but, more importantly, they are high quality and installed really well with top-notch materials. The pricing was very competitive, and they offer a really nice 24-month, interest-free deal that helped us a lot. I wish there were more companies like WSOH. A very BIG thanks to everyone. Window Source installed 16 windows in our two story home. Patrick was our no-nonsense, no-pressure salesman. We really appreciated the time he spent with us, answering our questions and explaining all aspects of the job. Luis and his crew did the installation. Christian and his team did an awesome job putting in my windows and made sure they were very clean and vacuumed the floors. They were very nice and did everything they could to make sure everything was done correctly and carefully. I would recommend this team for anyone getting new windows.

These guys are just straight up good. Builders did a crappy job of installing the window (not surprised). This was discovered during Hurricane Beryl. These guys PROPERLY installed a new window.
