I recently had a major issue with a sewage pipe blockage at my property and reached out to Max at Windy City Rooter for help. From start to finish, Max and his team were absolutely phenomenal. They quickly assessed the issue, cleared the blockage, and went above and beyond by identifying that the original installation of my sewage pipes had been done incorrectly with the wrong parts. Max and his team didn’t just stop there—they fixed the pipes properly, ensuring everything was up to code and functioning perfectly.
What truly sets Max apart is his professionalism and dedication. He worked with the city to get an inspector to assess the damage and helped get my property enrolled in the Private Drain Program, which has been a huge relief. His knowledge, expertise, and persistence made a stressful situation so much easier to handle.

I was in need of emergency service due to a back up at a 24/7 Fitness center. Getting things working as soon as possible was crucial. After calling a few local plumbers and all not taking the emergency seriously, I called WCR and right away they took things seriously as well as extremely knowledgeable. The owner reached out to me directly and right away set up a game plan to get out to the property asap!. Upon arrival he was able to quickly diagnose the issues and was able to perform a HydroJet service right away to get things cleared and flowing properly. This whole job was extremely professional and I was very pleased with the service and communication that was provided! I highly recommend WCR for any plumbing needs!

Vyautas as we regret we didn't earn your business and appreciate your feedback! You called my company on 12/05/2024 and were offered services that afternoon, you declined! You were then offered an appointment for 12/06/2024 you declined again and then proceeded to tell my CSR that you wanted 12/07/2024 early in the morning because you had a doctor appointment at 10:30 am. You then asked for a price and you were told that we give no prices by phone but we provide FREE ESTIMATES! You then repeatedly said you only wanted to pay 100.00 . My CSR responded that we provide FREE ESTIMATES! Day of services once again chosen by you , my plumber calls you 8am when in route and you immediately tell him that you only want to spend 100.00! He then proceeds to tell you the cheapest is going to be 229.00 all discounts final! You then tell him not to come! 7 hrs later you call my office and proceed to try and bully my staff because we won't provide you services for 100.00 dollars and accuse my company of discriminating against low income people! Not only is that a falsehood but it was a direct insult towards me and my team and we do not appreciate that! We provide to many charities and donate thousands of dollars in goods and services annually! Advertising with Google is not cheap! You are using your keyboard as a weapon in attempts to bash my company when all we did was provide you a free estimate! In all of your other reviews on your page which is about 20 more than 50%are one star! You chose the day! You told us not to come! You said there was no estimate given and your last statement is we gave you a price 269.00! Once again we regret that we didn't do business but all we did was give you a price and you are spreading falsehoods about my business! We will not be bullied by you to provide discounts! I am able to provide all of these facts because all of my inbound and outbound calls are recorded and I listened to every word you said and you shouldn't talk to females the way you were talking to my staff! It's unprofessional and rude! Good luck and I'm sorry you couldn't afford our services! Your team at WCR!

From the first phone call with customer service to the end results fantastic service. Called for an estimate and Max was able to temporarily fix my problem at no charge!! What a guy super helpful and knowledgeable.

Shannon, above all, was the most professional and courteous plumber I have ever had the privilege of working with. He helped with my full basement install when we finished our basement. He gave great recommendations on what cost effective products to purchase for our bathroom. When our ejector pump failed, Windy City sent out Shannon the very same day to fix it. Very knowledgeable about the work that they did. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Customer for life!

Max and his team were great to work with. They handled a potentially complicated full vent stack replacement in our house without doing any demolition and we are so grateful for their expertise and professionalism. They were courteous and professional. They treated our home kindly and only left a few crumbs behind to sweep up. It might have been more costly compared to other estimates we received but he was the only one who had the competence and experience to do the job without tearing open our kitchen walls, and that was well worth the extra scratch. Thanks Max!
