We had a free estimate from wise builders after a hail storm damaged our roof. James contacted us and took the time to explain all the details for our roof replacement and answered any questions we had. James was willing to work with us and make accommodations when needed and was always patient. Communication between James and us were always met beyond expected even though we had our dog pass away he was so understanding. Everything lined up in a perfect timeline sequence for our roof replacement. The look of our roof is simply perfection. It exceeded beyond our expectations! Our experience and result with wise builders was excellent. Everything from the customer service to the quality of the work completed 100%. They were very direct and accurate with the cost of replacing the roof and renovations completed (replacement of gutters, window screens, etc) Most impressed with the way wise builders handled working with our insurance company. They handled all the communication with our insurance adjuster and made sure we got paid what we were supposed to from insurance company. I would highly recommend wise builders!!
