SCAM- Stole My Money

SCAMMERS Well, we start this commentary with the word SCAMMERS! So, of course they are scammers! On 06/05/2023 I spoke with Enrique Martínez who was the one who made the reservation for me leaving from Madrid-Paris. When Enrique Martínez sent me the reservation information, I was able to verify that my name was misspelled. So, I contacted them and explained the situation. They canceled the reservation where they had my name misspelled and tried to change the tickets by putting my name correctly, but the airline company canceled the request due to bad practices by the Wizfair agency, that is, they have been doing things like this for a long time. I found out about all this because he went to the Air Europa company counter and they had everything in the system. The representatives of this Wizfair agency (Juan, Ricardo, Enrique, and Cristina) were the ones who spoke to me and my boyfriend and all with a manipulative speech. Telling me that the company had changed the date of my trip. The truth is that the airline had canceled the reservation due to their bad practices... the Wizfair representatives kept telling me that Air Europa had changed my flight for 08/06/2023 when I had booked and paid to travel on that day. 08/05/2023. With all this I mean that there were no changes, not a second reservation. And what frustrates me the most is that they were telling me that the trip was scheduled for 08/06/2023 and when I inquired with Air Europa there was nothing and everything This is due to mistakes and bad practices by Wizfair! They will keep my money and I will not have a trip. They have many positive comments here but I leave my experience here and I assure you that this Wizfair agency is not reliable and if you can keep your money, you will. It doesn't matter if it's €500/€1000 for them it's profit! So I advise 100% not to make reservations with them. Missing character values ​​wizfair!
