Absolutely thrilled with my new HVAC, furnace, and humidifier. From start to finish, the entire process exceeded my expectations. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They walked me through every step, explaining my options and helping me choose the perfect system for my home.
During installation, Rodney walked me through the features of my new furnace, making sure I understood how to get the most out of it. I also appreciated his attention to detail—everything was done with precision, and they (Rodney and Kurt) left my home spotless when they were done. It’s rare to find such high-quality service these days, and I’m beyond happy with the results. I’d recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, hassle-free HVAC, furnace or humidifier.

Definitely call Staton for your plumbing needs. Robert M. came out to fix a busted pipe that turned out not be our issue and Robert stayed until the business helper came. Robert gave accurate information about what the costs could be upfront should it be our problem. Robert was kind and said, "I won't leave ya stranded." Thanks again.

Matt McClure introduced himself and then proceeded to assess the repair and to explain our options. He was efficient and attentive to details. Not only did he fix the problem but also made our kitchen sink look and work better by installing the new faucet on this visit instead of coming back on the 9th as was previously scheduled. He definitely understands how to talk to people and has pride in doing a job well.

I had a new HVAC installed by Staton about 2 weeks ago. I was impressed by them throughout the whole process. The initial assessment was explained clearly to me. They worked with my schedule throughout. They also made sure everything was working properly before they declared completion. Had they not done so, they would not have found out the new unit was defective under the normal operation and they replaced it again right away. With all unexpected events, everything was completed professionally and in a reasonable time frame.

Jarrell did a great job diagnosing a leak under the kitchen sink and installing a new faucet. He explained everything thoroughly, was accommodating, completed the job and left the work area clean. Great service.

We had an issue with a broker sewage pump in the basement on a Saturday morning. Called Staton and my technician, Joe Fanning was here in less than 30 minutes. We were extremely happy with Joe’s professionalism and can do work ethic. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and explained all our options. Now things are working well and the bad smell is starting to dissipate. We wholeheartedly recommend Staton for all plumbing issues.

Jesse was efficient, courteous, and informative. He identified the problem, explained my options, and answered all my questions. He promptly completed the fix and shared helpful advice. This was very much appreciated as losing heat on a very cold day was very stressful since we have a 7 month old.
