Place is awesome! One of my favorite if not easily my favorite shop in downtown Lagrange. Great selection, great people, and always make the best recommendations on what kind of tea to get. If you enjoy tea at all, I definitely recommend stopping in, it has been and will be my favorite tea shop!

I picked up a too good to go order and everything I received was months past the expiration date. As well as no variety, everything ended up having matcha which I do not like. Sadly I can’t give any of the items I received away because it’s all expired.

I’m so sorry you were disappointed - too good to go is a service that promotes ending food waste and products that are up to 3 months expired may be included in your bag. You pay $5.00 for $15.00 min worth of items, including those that are expired.
You are more than welcome to contact Too Good To Go for a refund and further information regarding their program. As far as everything being matcha flavored - unfortunately that is what we mainly serve & tend to have in excess sometimes.
Nonetheless we hate having anyone leave disappointed! Feel free to stop in for any drink on us!

My daughter and I stopped in Wonderful Match to get a drink. We decided to try some of the sample teas they have available for tasting. (what a great idea to allow tastings) We decided to get an iced Summer Nights lightly sweetened. It was delicious! The place is large and has many different types of drink selections, lots of healthy snack options, and other healthy items to choose. We will definitely go back and try some of the other teas that they have especially if they get some falls flavors in.

I definitely appreciate their matcha, it’s absolutely the best quality in the area. However, Im only giving them one star because of poor store management. The worker wasn’t helpful at all, made me feel like I was a bother, w my questions….They are poorly stocked w merchandise; they didn’t have 4 oz tin matcha, Measuring spoons, lavender lotion deodorant, nor the right size shopping bags.
I normally go to Schaumburg for my tea But I went to Lagrange, to learn more about their tea testing classes but again the worker wasn’t clear on how to go about signing up.
In the future, I will cont to shop at the Schaumburg location, where they’ are better prepared to serve their costumers.

I am so sorry you felt your visit wasn’t what you were hoping for & as if your questions were a bother please know they are never! To be completely transparent - a lot of stocking issues are currently out of our hands & we just don’t know exactly when they will be restocked but please know we are doing to best we can - but I am happy to know you enjoy our products! Unfortunately due to supply chain issues you will find those items out of stock at both locations along with our smaller shopping bags due to the shipment that has been delayed.
As far as tea tasting classes - we are not currently offering anything structured nor do we have an official program set up. We request that you shoot us an email to work together & figure out exactly what you’d like to do for you tea tasting as they are customized to each group as of now (they should’ve given you a card!) We are hoping to streamline these classes but as a small buisness we have not had to time to set that in place yet.
Again, I’m sorry you felt your visit was lacking. I hope you can bare with us through our difficult times :)
PS. Lots of new things on their way for the holiday season…just stuck in the middle of the ocean 🙃

We had visited Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg and decided to try some milk tea, which turned out to be delicious. There were a lot of options for both drinking and tasting choices and they were happy to give out samples. The confidence in their product helped sell it for me as well. We did not leave empty handed.Everything from the ambience of the store to superb customer service was something to behold. Worth the 5 star rating I gave them. I heard they recently closed which is a shame.

We went to the location in Woodfield Mall. It has a great selection of oolong, green and black (including an oolong I have never heard about and I drink a lot of oolong!). Also some original blends with herbs. The woman who helped us Saturday manages the La Grange location and she was super knowledgeable and offered to make us samples of any tea. They also sell cool tea products too! After visiting the mall spot I'm excited to visit their La Grange location. Highly recommend.

Came here with my sister and niece for boba. I liked that they had tea samples to try. Great place if you want to pick up tea making as a hobby. They explained that you could get any of the teas with boba so my niece got the green key west with regular tapioca. The tea was fruity and sweet but the tapioca was undercooked. I wouldn't recommend this place for boba. We were also the only customers in the place among maybe 5 workers and they didn't seem very inviting.

The tea selection is awesome! So many choices. I love how they have self serve samples to try! The employees were really nice. The iced tea did take a while to make (about 7 min or so), and I wasn't told before had that the iced tea had a teaspoon of raw sugar in there. I would have asked for unsweetened, as I don't like added sugar. I would recommend they tell you first. Regardless, I look forward to going back and trying another tea next time. They also had a sweet dog running around.
