Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you feel that we were unprofessional and added stress to your wedding day. We do have tent rental cancellation policies and when you cancelled your tent, as per the contract you did cancel your tent with more than 7 days notice so we didn’t have to apply a 100% restocking fee but there was a 40% restocking fee that we explained to you. After several calls and emails from you demanding of us to refund your restocking fee, we finally agreed to give you the 40% restocking fee back even though it went against our policies. With regard to your dance floor, we do have a policy to keep our more fragile equipment in excellent condition so it is nice for every client. With our new white dance floor, we tell each of our clients that our staff needs to deliver and setup that floor to help prevent damage. We contacted your wedding venue prior to the wedding and they would not let us setup the dance floor the morning of the wedding and leave it for a few hours since they said it would damage their grass. The only other option that we had available was our nice grey ash dance floor which we do allow clients to setup themselves. Due to the difficult logistics of your venue restrictions, we informed you that in order to rent you a dance floor, it would need to be the grey ash floor since the venue wouldn’t let us set it up in the morning of the wedding. We didn’t know the venue would have those restrictions and for which we apologize and moving forward we will inform clients who want our white dance floor of the restrictions at that venue. We tried everything we could do to provide awesome customer service for you and your wedding. After reading other reviews you’ve posted on other wedding vendors that you worked with, it seems you didn’t post a positive review for any of your vendors which is hard to believe. Over the years of working in the event industry there are times when it’s impossible to please certain customers. I apologize you don’t feel we were professional and added stress to your wedding but we did everything you requested within the confines of our policies. We wish you the best in your marriage and future.

Tascha Cantu is a former employee who voluntarily resigned in July 2024. She left on what we thought were "good terms" and did not raise any major concerns during her exit interview. We are unaware as to why she would review our company as a customer when she was an employee for 2 years. It saddens us that she would not take the opportunity to discuss any issues she had with us personally instead of posting a google review. We strive to treat our employees with respect and we are always trying to improve. We would have appreciated the opportunity to learn from Tascha’s experience. Tascha’s review is not a reflection of the customer service or the quality of our company but rather a disgruntled former employee who is trying to hurt a small business.
