I’ve been taking lessons with the studio for a couple of years now and they’ve honestly been the best lessons I’ve taken in London. The teachers are very knowledgeable and Janice specifically is an incredibly patient and fun teacher to have. As an intermediate student coming in, she was able to right away understand what I needed to improve in my playing. It’s not often that you feel like you are learning something new every day when you are in your forties like me! Piano lessons were daunting for me as I had just started a new job and wasn’t sure I could take on the extra workload. But the teacher has made it very fun and light and every hour long lesson goes by like a breeze! Highly recommend this school. Best piano lessons I’ve taken in a long time, and I must have been with four or five different teachers over the past two years! I’ve always loved the piano growing up, but for the past few years between working and raising two young girls, I just never found the time to practice. Well, now not only do I practice daily but I look forward to it! It’s been a great few months with Janice and I look forward to many more lessons to come.

Love playing on their grand piano - it is just so much better than my keyboard at home! I do wish I could buy one too but for now this will do!

I’m a violinist and took piano lessons throughout my conservatory training....but, I have to say, this has been the best yet. I finally enjoy piano lessons and am excited to practice. Janice is incredible, friendly, professional, flexible, and so much fun. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! ⭐️

I have just started online lessons beginning of this month and I am impressed by how much progress I make in every lesson. I am a complete beginner and initially was quite skeptical of online lessons and how well it could work. I decided to give it a go anyway because of the lockdown, I’m working from home and have been looking to occupy my time with a new hobby. They sent me a very thorough guide to set up for my online lesson. Online lessons are conducted very professionally, audio quality is good and I can see the piano from many different angles so it feels as though I am there. Highly recommend and looking forward to my next lesson!

Janice is a very talented and enthusiast piano teacher. She makes virtual (online) piano lessons for my kids aged 8 and 9 very enjoyable and fun. She relates to the kids easily and encourages them in a good way, which makes the kids want to learn more and more. They always look forward to their piano lessons with Janice. Highly recommended.

Janice is a wonderful teacher and I’m enjoying my lessons very much. I always leave WPS feeling inspired and motivated to practice harder! I’ve learned to play many different musical styles, and made so much progress here than I have the past two years at other establishments.

I’ve just completed the Foundation Course, very pleased with the tangible improvements I’ve made. The course is well rounded and versatile, I’ve learned so much in this course and been kept thoroughly entertained throughout lockdown. Wish I found WPS sooner!

I have been working with Janice for 3 years and would recommend her without reservation to anyone looking to improve their piano playing, regardless of age and ability. The studio and instrument is of high quality, equipped with lighting and microphones. It is also well soundproofed, which is ideal for small recording projects.

Janice is an inspiring teacher and is very patient. My daughter loved her lessons very much, but unfortunately we had to move back to the US. We miss her terribly, especially all the colors and stickers! We couldn’t find a good teacher here to substitute her but luckily WPS introduced online lessons so we have resumed over Zoom. Online lessons are executed very professionally, and Charlotte has been practicing more than ever. No doubt, we hope to be back next year!

My son and I have been taking lessons with WPS for two years now. We recently took the ABRSM piano exam (Grade 3 and 2) and scored a distinction. Janice is a very dedicated teacher and we’re always looking forward to our weekly lessons. My son keeps on asking for a longer lesson and says “I wish the lessons could be two hours or maybe even longer.”

My lessons are always fun and enjoyable. I’m very happy to be a part of W Piano Studio, I’ve progressed a lot during my time here and looking forward to learn more going forward!

I’ve been taking piano lessons with Janice for the past 2 years. I started as a complete beginner and I’m absolutely thrilled with how much progress I’ve made with her. I would highly recommend entrusting Janice with getting you to the next level. She has a wonderful spacious studio, which is ideally located next to the station. She also has a great Yamaha Grand Piano, which is lovely to play on.
