Emma was so efficient and reliable requesting the searches and was very reassuring regarding timescales and held everything together during a change in staffing.
Emily hit the ground running following the departure of our initial solicitor. Emily arranged an appointment immediately and was fully prepared with all the paperwork.
Emily then went above and beyond when the banks error caused a delay in exchanging, coming up with a temporary contract so we could stay in the property over the weekend.

My conveyancer was Emily Lamb, she was absolutely fabulous - keep us up to date, clear communication, approachable, efficient. We had to move by a set deadline and she went out of her way to move things along - these things are never guaranteed but it was a huge relief to know Emily was pulling every stop to make this happen.
