Over priced. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

This is the worse service I have ever received. Spent $6800 on a new boiler and after Five months stopped working. Could not get them to come and check out what was wrong. Once they had your money that was it. Had to get my own electrician to fix. Don’t do business with them, you will be sorry.

Crooks I got a part first of all sold me wrong part . Then has nerve to tell me are you plumber. Why sell it to me if I am not a plumber. No return on the parts very highly priced and no return policy. Avoid this place go elsewhere.

Drove all the way there to find it closed

Friendly staff and helped me pick out a steam radiator for my home and sold me everything I needed to get the job done. Pickup was easy and they assisted with the heavy radiator into my vehicle.

Great customer service!!! They have a full stock on heating stuff will definitely be a regular customer at their store lets not forget very competitive pricing!

Bought a 100 series pump for $300 and came with coupling defect. My plumber had to fix the machine himself. Why do I have to fix a product that is suppose to be brand new ? Owner failed to refund me or reach back out to me after take my name and number. Extremely rude owner, stealing people’s money. He said there’s nothing he can do and there’s no way to help me. Please take your money elsewhere.

I contracted 104 Plumbing Supply to replace a radiator and shower head in my home and I could not be happier with the work they did. I scheduled the visit over the phone with Adam, and he was consistently polite and professional. On the day of the job, Adam's team showed up on time, had all the equipment ready for the tasks at hand, and worked very efficiently to complete the job. I would absolutely recommend 104 Plumbing Supply to others.

The right place even at the wrong time! This place rocks , called 5 minutes until closing spoke with Adam whom confirmed what I needed was in Stock and they even went the extra mile and waited for me even though I was 12 minutes away! Awesome customer service ,friendly and more than anything else went above and beyond for a first time customer!!!

Wanted $500.00 deposit for something i bought somewhere else for $25.00 (boiler front cover). Disgusting !!!!!!!!!

The prices for what I needed are outrages. Home depot was out of stock. I had to go here. I have no problems with something being a couple of dollars more at a mom and pop store. But twice what anybody charges is wrong. That's why I don't like shopping at small stores. I had to get it the piece I needed asap. The clerk heard me complain and gave me a discount. Big deal. I hate to feel taken advantage of. Amazon has the same piece for 11.00 and home depot sells it for 10.00. Its a washerless cold water stem replacement.
