Fantastic job! Ray, Melvin, and Bryan were professional, timely, and left the house better than thy found it. Our new AC/heating unit works perfectly. They explained that they’ll follow up in 6 months for our first checkup and second in a year. Can’t say enough about this company. Highly recommend.

1st Choice Heating and Air Conditioning was an excellent company with which to deal and would definitely be my first choice if their type of services are needed in the future. They were responsive and knowledgeable when I first called, came out to do an inspection in a timely fashion, and worked around our schedule to install new ducting throughout the house in one day. Everyone was friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing heating and air-conditioning service.

Excellent job by Richard from 1st Choice Heating. Furnace was not working. Another company came in, did a lengthy diagnostic and sent me quotes for $4000 - $6000. 1st Choice was my second opinion. Richard found a damaged tube and fixed for $200.

My furnace and AC were installed 7 yrs ago and operates efficiently and effectively! There’s a reason the company is named First Choice. The crew, Jeff, was very respectful to my home and my family. John Parent, WOW!!!! What a breath of fresh air, really love his honesty, clear explanation, respect towards the customer and ability to answer any and all questions without any irritation. We called 1st Choice to get second opinion on replacing the whole home duct work [highly RECOMMENDED by another big name, local HVAC company, quoted over $6000, and mentioned some kind of tax incentive which will go away after 2025]. John went in the attic, took time to inspect and take photos and explained our ductwork layout and WHY WE DO NOT NEED TO REPLACE IT!!!.
This type of honesty is what earns a company more customers and reflects on the integrity of the owners/operators of the company. The employees are not pressured into upselling service and equipment, just earn honest business in this very competitive market.
