At century community builder The common person could see the damage on the right side and left side of this metal entry roof but it was not on the report Paul . After closing, I had to turn it into warranty. I am still waiting for to be fixed. 😵💫

Paul was incredibly thorough! Presented issues that were easy to understand along with detailed photos! Not only were the issues presented clearly, he also included solutions to the called out issues. Had the report in my hands minutes after he completed the inspection. Could not be more pleased with the job he did and the cost was very reasonable!! Obliviously this is a person that really cares about the job he is doing and strives to deliver a top notch product!!
